Add WAC LAAT

Suggestion: Add WAC LAAT into the server

Implementation: This would make pilot training more interesting because it takes some sort of skill to learn how to fly WAC. Also, It is more friendly because it acts more like a helicopter. It also has a working co-pilot seat what can be used as a gunner seat.

Would give Pilots a purpose as these would require legit training and practice, one can't simply hop on and expect to do great.

+1 Been on servers with WAC LAATs and was a pilot for them. The laats make pilots a skillful and prestigious group.

The point is to add another vehicle system. WAC is much more rigorous and has a higher learning curve compared to our relatively easy to fly current ones.

i have memories of the WAC system and they aren't pretty ones.

+1 i will never forget the millions of times that we let bolt fly and he kills everyone

also the time Reaper fucking crashed the server by flying a LAAT through a teleporter

ensuring that people are bad at flying and so we get people who get clout for being good pilots, that's good.

That setup will allow a Pilot to control 90% of the LAAT with one hand, the other 10% is using the mouse.
