Making it easily accessible in game via Steam Browser should people need a quick reference on server! This makes it easier for CG/TG/Staff and Event new CTs and CRs to reference rules! Implementation: Add a new button (or replace one here) adding the Server Rules Longest Special Operations Member on the server.
