Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): Why do I want to rejoin the staff team? I resigned from not only staff but all of my positions on the server a month ago I wanna say it's been because I got burnt out and decided to try something new. I missed the fun I had on Synergy and the people and decided I wanted to come back. When I left I was a Senior Admin and I loved being an SA and helping members of the community in and out of the game. I am returning fully and I would love the opportunity to do this again! How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): How do I feel my previous time went? During my time as a Staff Member I feel I did amazing. During my time I never received complaints I was never given a negative talk or anything of that nature. I always hosted events during my time, achieving Gamemaster of the week, staff of the week etc. So overall I think my previous time was phenomenal and I would love to do it again. What makes you think that since you left the server a month ago now returning that you wont get burnt out again? It has been only enough and as a person who experienced this and has done it before I personally don't think 1 month is enough time to say that you are ready to jump right back into things. Again multiple people on this server have left and came back multiple times due to them not giving themselves enough time and jumping into Leadership positions, Staff positions ETC...
