(3 sentence minimum): I want to rejoin the staff team majorly due to a lack of tickets being claimed. In the past I had a lot of tickets claimed per week, so I figure I'd be able to help with that. I also have been making a lot of tickets for dupes and have been told a couple times to apply for staff again if I'm gonna complain about claim times. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I think I cut it short due to the GM requirement. I definitely acted a little bit too rashly in the decision and feel that if I had just coped and worked through it at the time I'd be able to help out more with my battalion/faction/jedi branch. Other than that, I was able to get back into the swing of things such as doing tickets, sits, vehicle spawns etc. relatively quickly. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes

I've had doubts about his capability to lead the battalion back from the spot it is currently in and had a couple of talks with Irons one on one about these issues. I gave him a list of things that, from my point of view, would prevent him from being as good of a BCMD as he could be. He looked at the problems and solved every one of them. I believe that the amount of growth he has shown alone is reason enough to give him a shot at the position +1

+1 has shown time and time again that he is a fully capable leader and I see no reason for him to not be able to go to interview.

Gameplay: Boring seemed like average shoot-em-up other than the fact an ej went into BH spawn. Care and Effort: Seemed like nothing other than a couple things were spawned with little thought behind it. Server Performance: Average Synergy entertainment no crazy lag but tickrate dropped a bit. Overall: 2|2|3

I have a few questions before I vote on this. 1. You stated that having 15 members Daily is your final goal for the naval branch. How do you feel you took steps to set up for that during your first term? Do you possess the confidence and capability to attain this high number in your second term as admiral? 2. Considering the circumstances, how do you plan to better relations between the Naval and Civilian factions? I've seen some issues in the past and would love to hear your thoughts on how you aim to tackle them. 3. Was there anything that proved challenging to achieve in your first term, and if so, what were those goals? 4. You've been stressing the need for self-sustainability within our faction. What's your take on whether our current officer and command core are up to the task or if there's room for improvement? If there is, what do you think they could work on? 5. You talked about improving a ton in your opening statement. What do you feel you improved on the most, and how do you think it affected the naval branch? 6. I wasn't present for the first month of your term, but I heard about a considerable improvement from before you got the position. These numbers were great but seemed to drop slightly during the last month of your term (I might have been on at the wrong hours, but this is what I've seen and heard). Do you feel like there was a reason for this other than getting close to the holidays, and how do you think you could have prevented this from occurring while additionally preventing this from happening in the future?
