Fortification Builder for Navy!

Suggestion: Add the Fortification Builder Tablet addon to the server & into the Naval Engineer Job. It would add some combat power and usage to Naval while in events, rather than just staying in base. But this is also unique and would give Naval more chance to show out and help in ways others can't.

Some context: This basically allows the player to create barriers of different kinds that have a "durability limit". Meaning they can break. They can also be destroyed by the second addon link.

Implementation: Add these 2 addons to the server and get them included into the Naval Engineer Job's Kit.
