Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I'm hoping to rejoin the staff team to increase the quality of events. Staff has always been a side of the server that I haven't had a drive for until recently. The server as it stands currently has had an increase in deployments and events from what I've seen, which is amazing, but some lack quality. I think that using my experience both on the server as a whole, and on the side of being a GM, I can help increase the quality of the events exponentially. I've always had fun hosting events/deployments, even if they don't go exactly as I planned, that's part of the fun. I aim to be a figure within staff known for quality events going forward. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): In all honesty my previous time as staff was alright in the beginning. I was doing quotas in the beginning but if we're being completely honest it fell off. I lost a desire to do events and became a "ticket only staff member" until eventually I resigned. I will say that I learned a lot during this time however, I learned a lot of new skills and learned the new systems we used at the time for events. I also learned how much effort goes into quality deployments and events and now going into this time as staff, I know what to expect.
