So, when I joined the server 2 years ago from the 22 of Feb, i immediately joined GM after complete CC training, passed and slowly went up the ranks, it was a drag back in those days to even get to SGT. after a short hiatus due to work and summer, I returned and worked my way up to WO by the time of about September. I re-energized the NCO core and helped pick up the numbers as the GM i returned to was kinda dead/dying. I proved my self capable and then went up to CPT. where I was doing quite a lot and was one of the most active Officer, helping Snad/Bacara with all issues we had. Shortly after this I was promoted to Colonel. This was when everyone and there Nan starting coming to me with issues and problems and I was getting stuck due to me being COL meant i could not do much. After a stressful week I was promoted to XO. As XO i really became the EU BCMD without holding the title, lead officer, kept people happy etc. Now into the more interesting stuff, my 2 terms as Bacara.

So I became Bacara in about December 2018. After Snad resigned and everyone in GM and some outside of it asked me to run. I ran passed interview and was sworn in. The GM I inherited was in a foul state still, number where good in all area bar one, Officers. I promoted some trooper to officer, starting increasing numbers and reworked GMACTs with Qal to make them more like ARC training [making it possible to fail them] this is still in practice today. After that I was pulled to a channel by Chambers and another that "GM will be removed if they don't pick up there numbers [like 10 a day regularly]. Queue a very quick and too the point Officer and Batt Meeting to drill it into there heads. After about 4 weeks, by this point it was about January I had managed to save the battalion with the work of all the other members, I was happy and calm and ready just to sit and deal with small errors and problem that occurred until the next big thing happened... THEN I was pulled by Joah and all of high staff and I thought I was gonna be removed or GM was. 

Instead it was the somewhat [in]famous GM/SO into 21st talk. This was something I accepted in doing so as I didn't was the server to lose SO. The main difficulty was this was decided about a month before the community meeting when it was officially said, so I had to be silent for all the time, planning a preparing in the background with a few trusted individuals as I didn't was the word to get out. Once the time came around I had to deal with SO and GM butting heads and being the edgiest fucking elitist for about a month. Managed to get it under control and get SO and GM working together. Then it came to term  2 which was more of the same but now I had to deal with some member being extra annoying, around this time Matra had come back and was with us for about a month by now. Helping me now take GM from the mass summoned recruits from operation saving GM, into actually Marines and making sure SO was welcome and happy. My second term was much more peaceful, was pestered a lot for little things but got an officer core up and running to deal with it, I then just sat back, relaxed and work with SO CMDs to set up all of SOs stuff we hadn't done yet. 

fast forwards  to about May and I, unfortunately, had to resign at the end of my 2nd term, this was due to me needing to focus on getting a job after completing Uni. Spent the summer working and came back at the end of July, middle of August. Worked my way up from CPT to CMD again. Gladly didn't have to deal with batt remove but did have to deal with more training's,  updating training's and the aftermath of doing so. Currently as CMD I am in charge of Heavy Troopers/ Assault Troopers. 

Kinda relevant experience. I currently work on a Air base and Navy base doing estate management. meaning I know a lot about the ins and outs of running and operating in a military base. To the point I sometimes call out base ops because they do stuff that makes no sense as I have seen it happen in IRL. 

TBH I am know as the guy who chews people out for doing stuff wrong...

Also I was a Senior Admin and Game Master, did a lot of work building dupes and doing early NA and EU events for people, currently I am not staff but I am likely to re-apply in the future.

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?:

I have been on the fence considering REG CMD for a long time but always waiting too long to other thought it. I have the experience and the personality for the position, I am passionate about the people I work with and for and  always complete my work to the best of my abilities. I am friendly and caring and always try to help. Can be sarcy but I am British soooooooooooooo. I am a stickler for rules and role play and will make sure everyone follows the rule and is acting accordingly. I am also someone not only ready to learn new things but to teach others and mentor them into taking high positions if need be, even my position. 

Do you understand the lore of your regiment?:

Doom's Unit is a defensive specialist batt that focuses on hostage and VIP rescue and transportation, there shield help them push enemy positions and protect target and themselves. There BCMD is Commander Doom and there Jedi Generals are Tiplee and Tiplar. They have a special squad refer to as Havoc Squad, which is more of a get in, blow 'em up, get out, FAST, kinda squad.

Rancor is an ARC based battalion, they are well known for training all the ARC troopers of the Republic, including training all/most of the BCMDs+, this training was called Commander ARC training I believer and was hosted by Alpha-17 [Bacara passed it early]. There commanding officer are Commander Havoc, Colt and BCMD Blitz. Warrant Officer Hammer also holds a lot of sway over the decisions within ARC training. They also have the Alpha ARC troopers, as mentioned with Alpha-17. They were an elite platoon of ARC troopers, the 'perfected' version of the NULL ARC class troopers. Alphas acting either as solo units, leader, advisers or trainers. They were sent on dangerous solo missions and rescue missions, such as the mission to rescue some Jedi trapped in a downed ship who were under attack from Grievous, his first real appearance. Alpha Major Fordo was the lead and successfully rescued Aayla Secura, Shakk-ti and Ki-adi Mundi will suffering minimal casualties and repelling Grievous. 

Availability:

Mon to Friday I work 9 am - 5 pm, which means I have from about 7 or 8 pm too about 12 am, about 3 pm to 7 pm EST.

Weekend are much looser, from about 5 or 6 pm to 12 am, about 12 pm to 7 pm EST.

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:

BCMD Bacara - 2 Terms

CMD and XO - collectively for about 6 months

SA and GM - 2 times

Resurrecting GM in my first term as Bacara with the help of the battalion members.

Successfully merging SO and GM into the 21st with the rest of the batt. [can't take all the credit]

Intel lead and member within 21st/GM

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?:

I would like the Specialized battalion to be at a level, fair and reasonable place. The update has caused quite a few shifts and stability in the area of power. some/most batts lost what made them as unique. I wish to help them find a RP identity and persona to have, 21st have one as they are basically Marines. I wish to help make Spec a very RP focused regiment and hone in on what makes each battalion Specialized. I also want good relations with the other battalions and regiments, especially Mechanized. I would also like to assist the battalions with any disciplinary, doc or leadership issues they are having.

I ain't gonna sugar coat this and say a load of hog wash and bull shit to tickle your face...

Also imma change it to SpecaliSed Regiment, the 'Z' has gotta go XD.

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?:

I would like to establish regiment drills and training to be done together, from DU defending and outpost or CIT form Rancor and GM, to SO and Rancor working together to recon and infiltrate a base to all of them with standing an orbital bombardment while GM and Rancor/Alphas board ships to halt the bombardment enough for them all to leave.

I would also like to do training with the other REGs, such as a armored assault on a enemy fortress with DU and 104th. Forest recon with Rancor and 41st, 41st locating targets and Rancor hitting them hard. and training's with pilots and BO on boarding and assaulting frigates during space battles. With the Attack Batts I would like to give them challenges to attack the SPEC reg in a sim to prove there skills at assaulting enemy fortifications. I would like DU and CG to work together defending an individual from and ambush of Rancor, SO and 501st.

You did not approach me before posting but you didn't have to so I am going to put here what I expect out of a Regimental since we didn't speak about it before. 

 

Its simple and things I am sure you would agree are basic but they are as follows:

 

-Someone to be the voice for Dooms Unit when I cannot be.

-I would like it if you took the time to get to know us and truly try and understand some of DUs basic systems because we are a very organized battalion.

-Any and all big changes have to be run past myself AND approved, I will respect you as my regimental but I will not accept someone coming in and changing the work iv laid down for over 3 Dooms.

 

I am certain you will do all these things anyways and be great so you have my confidence.

I am very sorry, I was trying to get to speak to you yesterday but due to time zones and such I couldn't, I very much wanted and I am open to dialog in TS in the near future if we are on at the same time.

I have no intention of walking in if I get spec reg and saying "fuck your system, your doing it like this". Regimentals are overseers, helpers and advisor, not the big dick of the law on the battalions.

During my lengthy year and a bit on the server, Gadget was the first Bacara ever met. He was a determined, and responsible leader who worked to focus on the 21st at the time. I got the pleasure to work alongside him as Prudii when I was their outreach, and it was a pleasure. He’ll bring nothing but a good level headed view on the specialised regiment.
