Implementation: remove Keller's unit from 21st branch and make it, its own sub branch like spec ops is with select able role characters each with their own specific specializations for each role and load outs. There would be no model changes all the models and weapons are already in the server. all we want is them to have thier own section if we need to remove or revamp a few jobs to make this happen then we will work out what needs to change. KU is already in the unit, it would just be removing it from GM and making it its own sub-unit, no removing required? Purely just moving it from one unit to its own. Scoutblaster is the specific thing for 41st in GC, and the runspeed is a whole battalion buff.
