How many terms you've held the position?: One

Why do you wish to maintain this position?: To start off, the main reason I wish to maintain my position is to assist in keeping Coruscant Guard | Shock in the position it is in and even improve on the foundation we have created for now. Coruscant Guard | Shock has a special place in my heart and always will. I still have room to improve this battalion and I feel at least at this time I am the best pick for the position of Commander Fox because of my experience and knowledge.  


Current availability: Mon - Fri 2:30pm CST - as late as I want. All weekend depending on my plans or lack thereof.

What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: During my term as Fox, I have successfully improved activity by encouraging recruitment among the NCOs and SNCOs, moving Coruscant Guard | Shock into a position in which it has become one of the most active battalions on the server. The battalion has become the most open Coruscant Guard | Shock in recent history with public arrest logs and Discord bots to help BCMDs know when a trooper has been arrested. My troopers are held at a higher standard and have been encouraged to have better relations within the battalion, keeping drama and in-fighting at a minimum. The men subordinate to me understand the standards and requirements expected of them from start to finish. As Fox, I do the best I can to keep my people informed of server changes, rules, and with the new map, all of the locations we guard.

 

What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: Coruscant Guard | Shock is always ever-changing with new rules and now a new map. Because of this, our job is ever-changing as well, making it hard to keep track of all of the rules and also not seeming like an arrest-happy goof in the eyes of the playerbase. In order to overcome the problem with lack of knowledge, we will be using a handbook made just for Coruscant Guard | Shock that will help all troopers understand the job and how to do it effectively.

I am going to steal a part from my original app: all of my troopers should be disciplined, honorable, and have integrity. I want to push this even harder this time around and to do so, I am going to rework the discipline system within the battalion by adding a Discipline Commander and Officers to deal with internal affairs in order to keep the Battalion members in line and professional at all time.

Big fat +1 for this man. He single-handedly turned nothing into something for Shock, breaking that long streak of leaderless direction and completely reforming it into something great. I was worried about him before, but he's exceeded everything I would have expected from the last two Fox's.

I am going to give this application a +1 you have along with the help of the Shock Troopers turned the battalion around to a force that is a representation of what the "police" of the base should be, when I have induced Passive RP within the Shock Troopers they have been more then willing to perform it with me and I can only see good things coming in the future, keep up the good work and I can't wait to see the good age of the Shock Troopers continue.

+1 but keep in mind when someone makes a ticket staff have to give a proper sit to the person, you’ve been mad at me and others for taking those tickets even if it is blatantly obvious we still gotta give them a fair trial

He enforces the rules my guy, I don’t know what situation you’re talking about but from personal experience, he’s not afraid to arrest anyone who breaks rules. You can’t just post this without a story/reasoning.

 

as for my rating, +1 because you called for my AOS personally once for something most people wouldn’t, but rules are rules so keep the strictness ye bastard ❤️
