hm This application might prove to be a good example. If you actually do gain the rank of new admin, it will be your test on whether or not you can handle responsibility and if you can be serious when necessary. I have seen you from when you first joined and I believe you've made a big improvement, transitioning from a complete minge to .. less of a minge. However, there are still some times when you do show your mingy personality. However, I've noticed you trying to be more serious and professional in situations that require it. With that being said, I do hope that if you successfully pass the interview that you'll be able to shoulder more responsibility and have a more serious yet still friendly demeanor. A word of advice though.. if you encounter a situation, try to the best of your abilities to defuse the situation and not escalate it. Should that fail, mitigate the situation next. If you're being pressured, stand up and state all the facts to the best of your ability. That's all. +1

Due to my "extraordinary" time-zone, I'm able to be on during late night. 5 PM for me would be either 1-2AM EST.. I don't know how to continue that sentence, so we'll move on. Anyways, another reason would be the lack of tickets taken during 9/10 PM to 6 AM due to everyone being asleep. There are still people on during that time, and sometimes there might be an entire group from a battalion online, with their tickets going unseen. They'd probably just play around and maybe go into a CIT FFA and get off once the fun has worn out. Generally, during that time, there might also be players with bad intentions who've come on just to minge and well, RDM amongst other things, I realize that I cannot do anything to them should I get the rank, but I can work my way up there to deal with them. That's about it and I cannot think of anything else.
