7.5/10 event was pretty fun. At the end when we were bunkering down in the mhb there was quite a bit of confusion with how we would even progress as the Lander was just obliterating troopers as soon as they stepped outside. I think more active rp in comms would have cleared that up a bit

5/10 The rogue consular class didn't really make sense since its purpose is to transport jedi and republic diplomats... wouldve made much more sense if you used the Arquitens class ship as thats an actual battle cruiser for the LFS ship. The rogue pilots in the air flying republic ships attacking other republic fighters was quite a bit confusing and a little laggy with like 7-8 ships up with 75 players online. The idea is... different but one thing that you can do to make this a lot better is by materializing or coloring the rogue enemy ships. I did like the idea of evacuating the village from before... maybe more time to react and more EJs / npcs to be evacuated would make it much more interesting.

+ fucking 1 GOD DAMN as soon as wren posted his app it feels like 41st just fucking started falling apart. A lot of the officers and sncos resigned or were removed, almost immediately after that (1 or 2 days) everyone who resigned was kicked out of the discord, including those who had publicly posted a minus one on wrens application but resigned after since it seemed no one else was running for Gree and wren was guaranteed to get it. At the time, I was a SGM that had spent hundreds of hours of time working to improve the 41st to see a SSG (who I love very dearly and is a great friend) get promoted to the rank of WO. Dont get me wrong, I respect him but I do not believe that it was fair to have watched for the ENTIRE week prior to the CMDR applications opening Wren sitting locked away inside the command channel in TS, talking for HOURS with ncos and recent rank transfers about the election process and advising wren on how the battalion should be ran / direction it should be going. One of such people who were in these little private fan club advising meetings is the same person who was promoted from SSG all the way to WO to run a program that would determine who was fit to become a 41st officer. To see someone who had been in the battalion for around 2 weeks, get put into a position that would determine whether or not I was capable enough to become an officer in the 41st. This left a very, very bad taste in my mouth when this happened. At that point I no longer felt that I was trusted as a SNCO and began to think that maybe 41st wouldn't be the right place for me. I started considering to just resign and focus on being a game master because that would just be easier. Instead of just abandoning everything that I had built for the past month, I brought my concerns straight to Jumes and had a heart to heart conversation. Everything worked out in the end but seeing this all go down and now having access to the officer channel in discord its very apparent that these recent decisions were definetely not voted on or decided on by the officers as a whole but rather just Wren talking to a select few and then rushing the implementation. I cant wait for the elections to be over so the battalion can just move on, right now everything just feels very stagnant, you can see this very prominently with our activity this past week in game and in ts. This recent drama in the 41st has quite literally torn apart the battalion and I'm only left with a very bitter taste in my mouth. I seriously wish that whoever gets gree, whether it be wren or cloud, can somehow fix this divide that had grown stronger in the past 2 weeks inside the battalion. Many of the people I've come to know and become friends with have now resigned and left the battalion to avoid all of this drama. I just want this to be over with so I can enjoy playing as a clone again, as for now, I only enjoy building, planning events for hours, and running them at ungodly hours of the night to piss my parents off. You’re event doc looks pretty good, only part I would see you facing difficulties with is the model overridden event jobs but other than that your event sounds like hella fun and filled with rp. 7/10 was a pretty good throw together event... i would recommend next time not ordering people to blow up and destroy a republic frigate unless its absolutely last resort... didnt make sense to destroy the frigate as we had secured it completely within, especially since that was a cargo frigate that very visibly was transporting cargo inside. - I will be making CIS ships in the future so when i make those feel free to blow the shit out of those :)

By god if this was done the AV-7 would become fucking amazing. At the very least, a elevation and azimuth function would revolutionize the AV-7 because from their, DU could go in and actually create a range table for how far the av-7 shoots with an actual elevation counter(angle of the gun).

Wren from what I can tell right now within the 41st is one of the only officers that actually want to start implementing more trainings and standards which I very strongly believe we should implement. For now my vote is neutral until I see some more applications from other 41st Officers as there have been many occasions where he has blatantly gone against his officer corps decisions and enacted changes that the rest of his leadership team did NOT agree with or agree to implement such a change. As a BCMD, I personally believe you need to have faith in your officer corps and work together to create changes and improve the battalion as a whole. I also very badly want the 41st to become more trained and rp focuses, instead of some second hand attack battalion. I THIRST for 41st to be the most elite recon battalion there is but with Wren as I have said to you before, I think you need more experience and time as a normal Battalion officer to improve your leadership skills and qualities. I will come back to this rating after hopefully seeing other applications and then put it out of the selection who I believe is the best fit for the current state of 41st. Best of luck.

+1 I like the event plan, the idea sounds like fun. If you do get accepted and run it on the main server on Umbara I recommend only sending a handful of battalions to maintain the lag and personally I wouldn’t give b2s t21 but rather just the red wrist blaster. Everything else looked good.
