You have been on the server roughly the same time I have (Since 2018). I have had my fair share of negative applications with things, with that I do like you with the interactions that I have had, but I am an outsider :) Just a few questions for you! 1. Your officer core doesnt seem to trust you, with that a few members of CG i am now reading dont. How would you go about changing that? 2. Should your application be declined, are you planning on staying on as a Commander? If so what are your plans to help rectify the issue within CG? 3. There is a heavy push for an outside candidate from the community, do you think this is a fair push? Would you be willing to work alongside an outside for another 3 months to help rectify from what Ive seen mistakes that have been made and once bridges repaired then go for another Fox application? 4. Knowing that you have been in the battalion for X amount of days. I know it can be difficult unless you have the BCMDs approval, however what have you done during your time other the doc work to help secure CG and in turn help train the next members of your officers? Reason I am asking this is every good leader should be training a person to even at one point surpass them, have you been training them to make sure they dont to secure the BCMD position? Or have you been making sure everyone has a fair chance/shot at the title of BCMD? I know the 4th on is a heavy question, but hopefully with the application being out in the open it will come with honest answer :) Good luck with your app and I will vote soon :)

Im unsure if I agree that going for another BCMD app after having the first one declined is a good one. Having seen your previous one its clear you've learnt where you've gone wrong and taken it away got it waived and reapplied it here. Is it a little too late? My biggest issue is everyone is seeing issues within CG that CG arent seem to noticing themselves, especially when you look into the other apps and this one, you've got the backing of CG thats great and a good sign. Its casual things and whenever brought up seem to be torn down. As you know there are 2 other apps up, one being torn apart and one being widely shown postives outside CG but within CG seem to be again showing a lot of negativity. My questions to you as you know I like you chips before I make up my mind! 1. No one within CG seem to want an outsider but the cry for the community seems to be that CG are not where they should be, as a MAJ what have you done to prevent that? 2. Why do you feel the community is crying out for someone outside of CG to come in to help it rather then looking at someone within? 3. Why do you feel CG is currently defending there own (Which I get) Instead of actively looking at the applications to see if its a good fit? 4. I myself get along well with a lot of you, yourself, Danny, Arroyo, and a few others. I have seen the battalion relations part but there are others that feel that there is a massive gap between CG and the rest of the server not just the battalions, why do you think that is and what would you be doing to rectify that? 5. With the mountain of experience that One of the apps has, and the other who is above you. Having an App already declined what now sets you apart from the other applicants? 6. Having only been in CG with the issues that appear (Not saying they are or arent) How are you going to change/change them? All you have ever known is CG and with people crying for a fresh faced uplift how can you give that?

I get along quite well with most officers within CG, Kane, Arroyo, Vorix, Chips! Some of the NCOs like tide, Danny and one that always makes jokes about my name, not naming him though ;) Kaiser I know you personally enough having got me into 212th to know that all of CG will be heard just putting that one out there! I do have a few questions, some I have seen from my experience back in 2018 of this happening and some IRL skills just before I vote! I am leaning at the moment but I do believe these questions will also help some in CG know they arent just getting someone who wants the BCMD title cause its shiny. 1. Having a CMD report which in my opinion wont have just been put forward by one person. Having that (Im sure but may be told wrong) some members may have a negative view of you how will go you about changing that? 2. Following on from my last question, how do you plan on rallying the CG members around you to work with you being an outsider? I am seeing a few tribal mentalities of this is CG you don't know how it works but this app should be a wake up call being that the majority of the server is voting plus 1 here? 3. I do believe this is a right step for you, and gives you a really good drive and knowing how you work I do believe this could be a good step for CG. Where would you like to see it in 3 months, as there is also a suggestion pole up for the enlisted not to be give batons? Is that something you support? 4. If people manage to keep there ranks and jobs where do you see the NCO core and the Officer core?

With a family and full time job, I cant get on during the weekends as much and stay up late in the evening to host stuff as a GM its like 10pm/11pm by the time the server gets active and do my admin stuff at the same time. I know when and if I get to SA I will have too but ill cross that bridge when I come too it. I cant juggle it and hit target when Im on 2 people are active and by the time people get on 4 or 5 gms are on all starting to host stuff. Just want to be realistic. Being GMT is difficult on this server haha Farewells: Not going anywhere

Whilst they are good documents and look like youve put some work into them, you do need 75+ hours on the server first before applying! So just warning that this is probably going to get straight rejected until you have the time! But good luck getting the time and with the app!
