Stormzy come to me and asked to post, and showed me this EOD suggestion. I gave it the green light cause I think this is a huge suggestion, not only will it give even more to the 501st for EOD it will give the ability for EOD to be refreshed and refined on the server and allow a greater aspect of RP for everyone! This is and would be a brilliant change for everyone and not just the 501st!

For anyone interested aswell if you go to 55 minutes you can see Atomic attempting to RDM for about 2 minutes so thats good evidence as you were on the Naval cadet whitelist At 2 hours cause I'm only skimming through this you were told you were on the intercom which is intercom abuse, as you are a cadet and need training so shouldn't be touching anything and you know that. At 2:05 you were told you were blacklisted as well so that was your opportunity to get off the character and query as to why. Rather then accepting it or rather get off the character and challenge you just continued to play on naval? Hope this helps people as well as my above statement

This is the third report in two days as you didnt like the outcome of report and resubmitted it only to get the same response. Now it feels like you are starting to target people. Whether you spend money or not, the right to play and the right to have fun is down to you and your behavior the small print when purchasing VIP literally states "Your access can be removed if you are banned or abusing." Which has clearly happened being you are Blacklisted from Naval. The Admin clearly states that you have been black listed from the job. In fact he actually gives you a chance twice. 'You have been blacklisted you need to get off the job or youll be banned for No intent to RP' You then dont play your recording which, to me means you are trying to hide something I can assume you said you werent getting off it. To which Rick being very patient said. 'Get off or get banned' I know a lot of staff that wouldnt be that patient. So my points are: You are black listed for Naval means you cant play on it. You were asked to get off the character so you could carry on playing as a CT You refused to get off it So you sealed your own fate really by not listening and thinking this was a 'gotcha moment' which it really wasnt. It was a fair ban to someone. Rick did a good job!

Hello, This isnt map glitching, this is using a prop to kill themselves meaning FailRP. "Using an exploit or glitch to gain an advantage or get to a place where you should not be" IE using it to escape brig or something. The better thing to have done would be to have RAOS'd them so the arrest record was on fail and send this clip to CG when asked. Even still may have been an accident given they are a SFC, unknowning as many people dont go into medbay nor use it at the moment. Hope this helps in the future when you encounter things like this :)

This one hits a little personal but I am sure its not meant too. As a CMD of CG 'CG will be forced to be more actively engaged when it comes to calling upon witnesses.' If an RAOS is called then CG actively seek out and investigate which is a big push of making sure if there is evidence to look into it, if there are many people recounting the same situation, again its up held. The server is crying out for more serious RP, and a rule like this will set it back ten paces. An AOS which is currently CPT+ is off the face that people have worked their way and shouldn't have to be investigated as they know the rules. I do feel people +1ing are just wanting to gun down CTs when being shot at which I get is fun, but if we are calling on the server with a lot of suggestions moving towards serious RP then a military complex wouldn't have a self defense rule. At what point would you call CG to investigate? Is this after you've had a fire fight with the person 15 times cause you knew they would be running back and you are enjoying gunning them down? What about a CT thats fresh on the server thats running towards you and you mistake him for the minge CT and ruin their experience gunning them down and they quit the server? It just opens the floor for too many variables, can potentially harm new players wanting to come to the server and as I said brings as almost back to square one after so many suggestions wanting to push more for serious RP. -1

I believe this makes the server into a less serious RP situation. OOC is that for that exact reason its out of character and not taken into the RP window. I get what you are saying about the difference but its breeding less RP which the server at the moment is crying out for, especially with a lot of the rules changing like not being able to sit/stand on peoples heads and reinforcing the use of soundboards unless its in an RP situation I do know warning are tried to be given first when breaking PTS or people realize they've goof'd up but if they are blatantly doing on purpose then they get arrested! For now I am -1

Do you understand that if you are inactive, you will be removed from the program?: Yes Do you understand that you will be given a quota and assignments and failure to meet these can result in removal from the program?: Yes My quest: Kaisers Revenge. - You start off at the quest master being told you need to go and collect the dog tags for the massiffs that have gotten lose around the base. - You make your way to BCC to make sure that its all clear and pick up the tags. - You make your way to Armory where there is an injured CT claiming to be mauled by a Massiff. - You make your way to brig and a Massiff spawns in which you have to gun down. - Because you've gun downed an innocent massiff even though it was hostile and attacked people you have to go to a cell for 30 seconds - Quest ended.

I was the one who told Danny to Ban you. I originally had set it to just re-arrest you thinking it was a first time offense or may not have known. However had multiple admins tell me you had come on break rules, left yesterday before an arrest could be made and did the same today even before the map could be changed (Leaving to avoid punishment) . So made the decision to put the ban in to place. So as far as I am concerned the 24 hour ban is quite lenient. Reflect over the 24 hours but I suspect you'll be back to do the same thing. Prove me wrong.

As the TKL can we also get lego guns added to this? In all honesty, its a difficult process to even sell TK, these changes are needed and will be a breath of fresh air leading the unit +1
