  2. @Wheezy if you spawned NPCs over the entirety of rishi moon then there lays your issue. When i did my full server deployment on rishi moon it only worked as well as it did due to segmented spawning and harsh enforcing of the rules. as well as with full servers its best to do 1 life events that way people are more cautious and if they be stupid and dont listen to you you jsut kill them and they leave

Name: Noble Who helped (If applicable): Event Name: Traitorous Spec Reg Description: Spec Reg Shanty Has turned traitor and escaped base with the assistance of asajj ventress, grievous and the CIS. The enemies have escaped in an ARC-170 thus we have tracked it to its location on Rishi Moon. Planetary scans have shown a mass of CIS forces grouping on Rishi moon, so we can only assume they are prepping for a massive frontal attack on Felucia Base with the information they have received from the traitorous spec reg. With this knowledge we will take the initiative to stop this attack before it happens. In the spec regs escape he took his ships crew hostage so we can only assume they are being held in the brig within there base. As well we believe that asajj ventress is holding up within the old sith temple. We have landed and set up an FOB but scans show our path littered with mines so we must be careful. Latest reports also indicate General Grievous is patrolling the compound… he will be left up to the troopers and any jedi that can be spared In the end, reg shanty was captured and executed by firing line but alas both asajj and grievous managed to escape.
  11. +1 i believe myself and many on the server are ready for a change and i believe that this is a good map for it with plenty of potential and the pros outweigh the cons.

  18. i apologize for them not being in the app as in my mind there are a million different things that can be accomplished wihtin the server and a million more on how to go about obtaining those goals. The list i responded to Dennis with was something i was in the process of brainstorming during and even after i posted my application and was finishing up writing. @Baron
  19. I know that the ideas I have laid out in my application seem basic and thought of before, but that just means that the people laying them out didn't successfully attain those goals. Just like a company in taking losses in stocks or other instances, you cant make forward progress without first increasing the morale of the people. The goals I'm going to outline will show not just where I wish to go but how we should go about it and how we can work together differently along the way. First main issue is not having targets and objectives to strive for that are "new" and "Elite". 2nd is organizational effectiveness which is how all battalions can work together in unison. 3rd, how to improve planning, rewards, and player development. The easiest way to complete these to goals is to get everyone to all acquire a sense of deep ownership for there battalion. - Firstly Targets and Objectives - Shanty and myself have already started this to a sense with our times trials and sim runs, but could easily be expanded to say an elite HC protection/strike team that can can wiped every 1-2 weeks which would incite competition and new challenge between players getting them hyped for each competition. Or something else along this nature. - Second - Organizational Effectiveness - Host Training that incorporate ALL battalions upon which forces them to rely heavily upon the abilities of other battalions. Thus making each battalion feel they are absolutely necessary to reach the end goal. Start small and eventually work up to where the entire server works in perfect harmony with little to no issues. - 3rd- Improving planning, rewards, and player development. This also can somewhat be tied within the training as once they get going and the players start to feel they are necessary they will build there confidence and want to be on the server more because they then gain a sense of purpose. As for reward it is tied within the competition for a slot on the team and or a money reward for the simulation runs. @Dennis
  20. @Gadget I'm working on a more detailed plan if you would like to see it.. As well as I plan on making sure atk reg will continue to do fine
