It always brings me joy to know that days like this can still happen. Days of well over 50, 60, even 70 people on pop, events that cause the server to lag out so bad and spike the ping to horrible numbers, and Debrief Shootings so big that it only leaves us laughing our asses off. This, right here, is why I became staff and GM. To bring joy like this to the server. This was not a one-time thing. I can promise you that.

This really hurts to see, honestly. I didn't necessarily know you all that well or all that long unlike the others. Most of the times we spoke was through roleplay purposes. I don't think it was really until I got HA that we started talking a little more, and even then it wasn't that long ago. Though in the short time I was able to talk to you more, you really were a good person. Kindhearted, determined, and overall fun to be around. I wish I was either here longer or made more of an effort to get to know you better. Regardless, it truly is sad to see you depart. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors, and please remember to be safe and take care of yourself. o7

I believe that this would be the compromise in my eyes: - Regarding those who would become EJs for events, I don't think we'd be limiting it to GM's only unless it becomes a problem. We would still make it accessible to those who bought VIP. For non-GM staff, I wouldn't see the issue in letting them help if they choose to. - For spawning ships and weapons and all, staff will still have the power to do it. But we would be allowing GM's to also have that opportunity. - We discussed as High Staff that Admins would still be expected to host lower-leveled things, such as trainings or patrols for the server. But we're not expecting them to do things at the level we do now.

Welp, this one's hitting hard. It still doesn't seem all that long ago when I was helping you out in the Geonosis event as the ONLY staff member and NA assisting you on the Main Server Geonosis event. Now here we are, GMD and GMM, VA and HA. The student surpassed the master, yet I couldn't be more grateful to have learned all that I do now from you. You were a great GMD to work under, and I could not have been happier to have been able to call you a GM partner and a friend. I'll miss you and all the hard work you've put into Synergy. I wish you all the best in life, and I hope that our paths will cross again soon. Please, take care of yourself. That last thing I want to hear is that you're overworking yourself to the point of constant exhaustion. o7

Fat +1, this allows staff to ease up when it comes to GM responsibilities, and allows those who wish to be GM to not feel too stressed about Staff responsibilities.

I know you're one for dramatics, so I'll raise you with my own heartfelt shit even if you're still gonna be in Synergy LMAOOOO You have been, hands down, one of the most amazing people to work with in staff. You really helped me continue to push myself further with everything. From GM work, to Staff work, and everything in between. I don't think I'd be where I am without your guidance. You are a huge role model for me within Synergy, and being able to work alongside you has been nothing short of a fantastic and unforgettable experience. There's no such thing as "winning" roleplay. Interactions are meant to be scenic, and just as they're named. Interactions. The only "winning" that comes from some of these are if there's a lightsaber duel within it. And even then you want to be cautious about how the story will fan out for the rest of the RP depending on the winner of the duel. But I agree. Creating scenes as if they were in the story is more important than winning. You, as the player, know about the entrance and who you're talking to. But the character you portray does not. And that's why Dungeons and Dragons is awesome because it helps you learn these fun things you can use anywhere! :D

Agreed HEAVILY. No matter where we went, we were always found by Commandos, Inquisitors, or purge troopers. Didn't matter where we are or how many times we had disguises, if they saw "Rex" or "Wolffe" as the name, we were immediately ordered to take off our helmets or attacked. They never did it to other clones (to my knowledge) or to the Jedi (again, to my knowledge, I'm hoping that people saw them as citizens).
