Yeah, it has changed. Clutch deleted the channel. He's stated multiple times that he made that shit a long ass time ago. People do dumb shit and correct for it. Yes, one month ago he got denied from staff. Clutch spent ages as a staff member and I remember being an SA along with him. Clutch wants to return to staff for the reasons I put in my +1. He likes making events and has a decent track record at making good events. He constantly offers his advice to the staff in 21st that are struggling or where they can improve. I guarantee you if any staff member asked Clutch for help they would benefit. He wont change their lives or anything but Clutch is a very solid dude and keep it real. How long do you want to waive that in his face. In your opinion, what's the proper time that Clutch should spend away from staff from a stupid ass TeamSpeak channel? 2 months? 6 months? What's the appropriate amount of time for you?

+1 he really wants to be a staff member again to help make the events he enjoys and to help the server. Let my boy get his SA again.

Misfit is one of the realest mfs on Synergy. He says he's nervous for being a BCMD of a battalion with a turbulent past. Who wouldn't be? I sweat nuts my first SOBDE tryout. I fumbled and stumbled during my Boss and Reg interviews. Everyone gets nerves but it takes balls to say he's nervous at the prospect of becoming a BCMD. Why berate a dude for being real? Misfit's been in 21st a while, and on Synergy for a while. I've known him for like 2 years since he was my ARFL in Doom's Unit. Nobody's a perfect person and Misfit's no saint. But this man has basically experienced it all and/or seen it all. He aint no idiot and he's made it to XO of a battalion because he's put in that work. Most of all he knows himself and how to pace himself. He's gotten into a lot of shit with staff and previous positions AND IS YET STILL EVERYTHING AND MORE than what he used to be. He put in that work to show that he's a better person and has risen above the dumb shit he's done. Risen much higher above than that. He has a much stronger will than I do. While this app isn't perfect typing has never been Misfit's strong suits. There have also been much shorter and less detailed apps from people who blazed into their positions. I see no reason for Misfit to at least make it to interview and be considered for the position. +1

+1 he promised me 41st XO if I he got Gree! Joking. Tomm’s a hard worker and from talking with him he really cared about what he’s a part of and I believe wants to do his best for 41st. Tomm, don’t try to do everything at once. You will genuinely become burnt out and tired if you try to do everything you want to all at one time. You’ll make it to interview and get Gree I’m sure of it so take your time man.

8/10 Actually pretty funny but also a good use of big dupes. Very good blend of action and funny-juice. Solid event long live the lean.

5/10 from the chart. Not that much happened, typical attack stuff. Do appreciate the freedom to board, defuse, etc.

8/10 Good, fun, chill event. Nice use of a creative dupe and good lean incorporations.

7/10 Scale was very small considering the amount of people. Execution was very good, the building was thoughtful and the EJs were all connected. Map was decent, would have been better with maybe 10 less people but that's not your fault that much. Overall enjoyable.

6/10 Very short and not that much going on. At least we were allowed freedom with ships and exploring the ship so it wasn't awful.

Good 7/10 For a Vene event this wasn't too bad. What was in the event was generally well-executed and not too clunky or weird. Good oppurtunity for many different groups to get involved with fighting, flying, repairing, and prisoner escorting.

Honest rating for a 8/10. Fun experience I'm a very big fan of smaller groups with options but a controlled story. Very solid deployment I was able to immerse myself decently well. There were people in the deployment that got "bored" or were dicking around because the weren't shooting something. I enjoyed the slow-paced action and the involvement of the EJs, and this was solid. Keep up the good work!

5/10 going off the chart. These infection-style events with a cure needed have a bad rep on the server. This event made an attempt to explore the ship to eliminate the zombies but was very bland and uninspired. I was hoping for a creative solution and procedure for the cure, however, it was a 2 minute cure that solved all our problems with minimal effort. It was ok I would love to see you explore a new concept or idea, or just a creative idea in a next event.

8/10 on the event. Everything on GM side was great and props were awesome. Sad that people soured the event for me.

Before you start screaming and yelling or whatever, I just want to say hello. Been a little while since I've poked my head out. Truthfully I've been poking around, talking, reading from the discords I'm still in. I do have a very soft spot in my heart for Synergy, even if I may have said or done things that were regrettable to say the least. This is not my redemption post, nor an apology. I've just been wanting to poke my head back into Synergy officially. I can't give a solid reason as to why I want to return other than the fact that I just kind of feel like it. Or maybe its the bottle speaking. This post is mainly a fair warning that I'll be in game and in TS on a more regular-ish basis. If you want to talk, catch up, or if that's an issue feel free to poke me or DM me on discord. I will say there are a lot of people's resignations and goodbye's that I've missed and am very sad I never got the proper chance to see some people off, mainly people from like 3-4ish months to pre-SOBDE change. It's no understatement that I hold that group and SOBDE at the top of my heart but times have surely changed and it's a breath of fresh air to see all the change that's happened in the past year. It's cool to see to be honest. I don't know how much sense I've made throughout this post. TLDR I'm back-ish. :)
