Heres my outlook on things, Brooklyn you're a great guy but personally as a whole I cant agree with the newer players on synergy, and thats nothing against you at all. You see, my prime playing and when I made quite a lot of friends on here was when Billiam was my cody, Egg was my Gree when I was 41st GC. If anything, if someone knows about how to run a battalion and not be heaps active at the same time it was Egg. He did it for close to 3+ years CONSISTANTLY without a report, issue or any conflict that couldnt be resolved within his battalion. It was simply good. What I see now and its like this in most battalions as newer players take the helm is they are imo scared to branch and try new things. They have their inner circle of friends and people they trust, promote them but ignore those they are scared off. I wont call anyone out, But the same thing happened to myself when I returned to fix the 187th. I put in the hardwork, But instead I was constintaly pushed back, bad mouthed, etc for doing the work required and it was simply because they didnt want me taking over because they knew I could and would remove them for inactity and overall toxicity and shit work. Now the same reasons dont apply to you and your high command I understand that, but with the evidence, and the obvious witch hunt against egg, it all comes down to exactly what I went through and IF that is what Egg is going through then thats just plain rude. That isnt to say thats actually whats going on but it sure does look like it to me, and ive been back for 3 weeks. Ive seen a lot of Legacy Ranks but Egg got bloody MSG and no GC thats practically not a legacy rank, I doubt this is your actual Legacy ranks for 41st BCMD's as I know a CPT could rank transfer to 1stLt. Venom was Luminara and is also Legacy COL Egg, 3 Years BCMD, MSG, No GC. Epic. I think if you dont obtain Gree again you should be put down to MSG, stripped of GC and most things also. You see! it makes no sense, Its a literal throw in the face So far, this is literally just off the way you guys treat egg, Activity time. I dont care for activity, Each battalion is in a different position meaning you need to do different thing, For instance I need to do Doc work and rework my entire intel and officer core which means I need to focus on things behind the scenes. You on the other hand need to be a face for the battalion, youve gone through an enitre 3 month term, I am 4 days into mine and have completed most behind the scenes things and also getting people to do it for me now. If I can do that and set that up in 4-5 days im sure you could have figured something out in 3 months. Ultimately theres too much dodgy stuff going on for me to think that this battalions not corrupt. -1. Didnt even mention the lying on applications from HC...

Ive been BCMD for roughly 3 days... This is epic. Should have done this before I got BCMD, would have been great. But I also know most of this was probably planned so I doubt i can say much which will change the outcome on this suggestion due to overwhelming feedback. Really is big sad moment that I couldnt have even been contacted before this was posted. Instead the message was deleted, Im assuming because they told you not to worry about contacting me, im not sure. All im saying is, I would have hoped people on here would have waited until I had atleast put in 1 month of my term before writing this up to see if the battalion had improved from the last 2. I think putting it up within 3 days of my term is quite a lowblow in itself. But if its what the community wants, Theres not much I can do, Ill continue to work and develop the battalion until the decision is made. But from me I will be -1ing this simply because you have given no time to see the battalion develop and change. There was backlash when SO was readded and now its doing quite well. I understand theres too many battalions but there are more in a worse place then us right now, and there will always continue to be so. But once again this is a biased opinion and understand where the community is coming from, as I disliked the 187th when it was first added myself.

RANCOR – PFC to 1stLT Ion Team RAS – This was given to me as more of a meme type position. 187th – PVT to CMD – I returned to the community just before sugga got BCMD, I than joined the 187th with the main idea of only really wanting to do documentation and assisting the battalion to get a more solid footing and help it get on its feet. From this I worked up the ranks from private then obtaining the rank of Commander. I also held the position of Intel Director, allowing me to futher work behind the scenes for the battalion allowing them to still use the basis of the roster etc i created with tingus months ago. I worked my ass off to assist this battalion, and its a shame its become what it has today. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: After having dedicated so much time not just to the 187th but also other battalions especially the 212th a lot of my background is based around being in and working with Attack Battalions not only that but having worked and commanded people in BCMD positions, it allows me to have easier communication and netoworking with them and be able to reach out to other attack battalions for assitance and feedback. In every battalion I have been in I have wanting nothing but to be the best and I it is that which has brought me to the 187th. When I first joined the server again after talking to members of the community I was told they lacked any original documents, Senior officer core or any officer core to be truthful. When I left we had managed to do the following without obtaining BCMD: Original Documents (Still pretty much being used now) A Officer core which False polished off Activity (Which is the massive situation now) Unfortunately I had to pull legacy rank, not by choice either. With lack of active officers I did what I could to assist as soon as I can simply by being a face people can talk to. The main things I will be targeting specifically are the following: Officer Core: Quite frankly we have zero officers, The way I will be looking at fixing this is simply and as bad as it sounds *Mass* promoting those who are worthy of officer to 2ndLt+ those with prior experience can potentionally go higher as I see fit. This is so we can have some visable officers around the place to start getting entertainment done within the battalion and promote those who need to be promoted etc. I wont be on 24/7 and this is something that pushes people away ASAP. If people leave due to this, then so be it. Its something that needs to be done. Activity: I personally cannot help an individuals activity but, I can make us appear more active. I want to bring more people to the battalion, so I will be dropping regimental "tryouts" to get into things like MED, ENG, ARF etc. If there are necessary trainings required then they must obviously go to those trainings for example "ARC Selections" etc. Not only that but we will be opening most to the rank of PVT, not PFC+ so people can chose their loadout upon joining giving them a little extra something to play with and have fun making it more of an enjoyable feature rather than a "grind". Ontop of that we will be putting a hold on the regiments like Sharpshooter, its not needed, we have ARF. If we restrict the areas people can go but open up the requirements we can hope to see more people in specific roles. Mingeyness: Sorry I dont even think thats a word but, I will be removing small things like the "Purple Pride World Wide" slogon etc and start making us come across as a more serious, roleplay orientated battalion. No more stupid /me binds i see around, informalities. We need to present ourselves as best as we can now, to attract people looking in from the outside. With the potential use of SOBDE out-reach I will be also looking to them for assistance with harsh PT for those who step out of line. Look, I may not be on the server anymore, but I am still apart of the 187th discord. Now, I myself have gone through quite the same when I ran for BCMD of the 187th, and yes unfortunately there will be people who use IRL circumstances to put these things up. Im going to -1 this. I dont know how to say this but you also went to the people who specifically left complaining about the battlion and how DEAD it is, not Keegen himself. Everyone of those people gave up trying to assist Keegen in fixing the battalion and you have specifically target them, getting a very baised response especially since these people are also your friends from what I have seen through the discord. Why not ask for instance, the XO?, the Senior officers that are still in the battalion? Or even better people that are still in the battalion as a whole regardless of ranks? Instead you have gone out of your way as I said above to ask people who you know will give you the response youre after. Bruh, Just because the faction may be getting yeeted, does not mean you cant +1 it for the right reasons etc. This application should be voted on about his abilities to lead and hold the responsibility of Dark Lord. This is what we are +1ing or -1ing on. The -1's saying sith are being yeeted does not help, just look at the applicant, his past experience, and think whether he could be a Dark Lord whether or not sith get removed. I want to be able to be a successful and good BCMD even though I am Australian. I want to get the 187th into a self-sufficient officer core, allowing me to not have to be on 24/7. I want us to be a prosperous battalion with constantly growing numbers which can match the other Attack battalions allowing us to do more with them. Of that, I want us to be closer with the other attack battalions and make us extremely ore disciplined as a battalion. I also want to be able to make our battalion a better role play based battalion with good skills in PVP also so we can make up with the lack of lore with intense and “elite” style role play. I dont see them adding a Parjai Squad job just to keep jetpacks. It would be easier for the developers to simply remove "weapon_jetpack" and replace it with "parachute" under the weapons category of the darkrp_modification than to code in another job. 187th Legion ARCL LTC Dreams. Im hearing they want to keeping jetpacks as 2ndAC also. But if that was the case Nade, 2ndAC should have their jetpacks stripped and then given the Parachutes, not both which is what im assuming you mean. That is what is going to happen to our Paratrooper job when Parachutes get added I believe is that we lose the jetpack and Ariel keeps it but doesnt get a parachute.

Right Lad, So I will start of with saying +1 just so yall dont have to read the rest but: I like this idea as we are a Paratrooping battalion, Our battle station was made Top Hanger Bay as we are on Synergy the following: a "Rapid Response, Paratrooping Attack Battalion" We as the 187th did not make this, It was brought up at the commanders meeting and this is what we got told WE ARE, not what we decided. I do not agree with some things like the HVY as that would be stupidly overpowered, But I think a way to work around this would to simply nerf the damage done by the HVY job but making up for it in jet pack. Im not too sure. For the people that stats that it makes our Arial job pointless, Thats not really all that true. Yes they wont be the only ones with a jetpack, but the way Ariel works in the 187th is that they are to stick with the main force, whilst Paratroopers are elites training in advanced combat on ground and air which allows them to run a little like ARC (Just not as cool or elite) Ariel on the other hand, remain with the main force giving assistance when we need etc. I think this is a smart idea, as we are a Paratrooping battalion but I think this would work way better with a parachute than a jetpack at the end of the day. 187th Legion ARCL LTC Dreams.
