+1 - I knew who Guttler was for those whos said I didnt. But I spoke with him and after that talk ive seen some instant improvements to the application. Overal making it a more solid app. Youve changed my mind.

-1 Look, I dont mind if you know what youre doing but.. If you cannot put the effort into your public application, then how do you think you can manage and bring rancor back up to its former glory? All I'm saying is your application is very small and not formated corrects compared to mine, and I use mine as an example as my battaion was; 1 - On the chopping block for removal 2 - No lore 3 - Disliked by most If you can't put the effort into an app when things seem demoralizing then what will you do when shit hits the fan within the battalion? I would have personally liked the old Venator map, where the elevator was removed on one side for the stairs. I thought that performed quite well and actually looked better.

You know what, heres my opinions When i first joined in 2017 the server did have a more serious approach even though it was labelled as Semi-Serious you could almost just change it to serious thats how it ran and bloody hell it was fun. I think what caused that though was the old community we had around. People who could influence the roleplay and mentality of people in a certain way to create the feel of a serious server on a semi serious level. At this point I think its safe to say after the mass fails of switching to serious, that it was the people that made it feel serious and fun imo, now I personaly dont actually have heaps of fun with the newer members of the community, but find joy playing with the old ones cause we all shared the same mentality, and yes I find the odd new member that fits in quite well, but I have the +1 this post, those people are gone, and with that I just think we need to settle down and accept the fact that we cant achieve that anymore, its evident in the numbers of synergy. I used to wait 20 minutes a day and have to ask every admin for a AFK check to clear the 128 max limit while constantly spamming join on the server to get in during prime time. Now I have literally no worries trying to get in no matter the time of day. I think this is a change that needs to happen tbh just to see if it can bring some life back to the community. That is my opinion, thank you for reading my ted talk.

I am one who wanted the move, And Will assist in making sure the seriousness of the server from my Battalions standpoint is cracked down. But somethings that could use tweaking; - Dont meta game 4head - Actual roleplay in an encounter or somethin'? You literally dont have to pepper down anything that walks into the base cause they have B.O(Smelly Smell), First call is to commence proper roleplay with said indiviual and go from there, I see far to many people just wanting to shoot something that moves - Bruh dont B-Hop as much, Or only BHop around Main Hanger/Courtyard so in other words OUTSIDE the base. Theres too many times that I see people thoomin around inside the hallways etc BHoping just take it outside... If I come around a corner and you Bhop over my head, Im warning you and if you do it again I will AOS you. Dont jump over me, im not a hurdle im a BCMD. - The hardest thing to change will also be the overall mindset of players and being in the mindset to achieve roleplay. Some people have fun mucking around, Although it wasnt classified as "SeriousRP" the server felt a lot better, more enjoyable when it was played and felt more serious near the days of 2017 when I first joined. But once again thats my own Opinion I share with quite some others. Once again, Ill work on my battalion to assist in a push towards Serious.

+1 Arcantus is an absolute lad, remember him and Zahariel made me actually think 327th was pog. Also, How would you know that he isnt willing to slowly touch back into the community? There are a lot of previous members who still like to keep intouch on the forums and voice their opinions, I did it when I resigned, freck does it still, esitt does. You cant purely single out one individual and stop him from having this. If he is unbanned from the other platforms its only fair he is unbanned from this one.

Ive already commented, but you asked for the whole convo, I only have to go one message up to prove those hours reference Synergy. There You all go. Before that, our entire convosation was around Synergy as he tried to say I was breaking rules etc, throwing out false statements. Ah look -1. I really like you dennis, but fr 7 arrests in a year playing is actually a lot. I checked the logs for myself. And since joining in 2017 I have 0 arrests on logs. Although it does not go back that far, My first arrest was in 2019, cause I was baited by a GM and it was later falsed and said person was removed from BO also. The rules state: promotion of minging/fail roleplay Removable reason from BCMD. I searched up your arrest on the public arrest logs. As a BCMD, you got arrested by the Attack Regimental for going AWOL and insubordination. AS DENNIS 1/23/19 - RDM 3/23/19 - Disrespect 4/21/19 - RDM AS DOOM On the 9/6/19 you got arrested for RDM/Stabbing another trooper. You also tried to claim it was for RP.. (As Doom) On the 10/3/2019 you got arrested for RDM (As DOOM) AOS'd by Branch. On the 11/9/19 you got AOS'd by the ATK Reg for AWOL, Insubordination On the 10/14/19 you got arrsted for RDM only 11 days after being previously arrested that month. (As Doom) I only did this years arrests because honestly, the futher back I go the less experience you have and majority are for being out of CC room as a CC. But those 4 arrests is more than enough to see you removed from BCMD as Doom. You know these but: Whats highlighted in red is what I see you to have broken. Consistent minging/fail roleplay or promotion of minging/fail roleplay (with video evidence). Consistently violating server rules. Chronic insubordination or blatant disregard towards superiors (with video evidence). Its only 2, but thats more than what it should be. Ill explain my reasoning, (Promotion of minging/fail RP) - You shouldnt ever be arrested for RDM, and the fact you have been arrested so many times is a massive F and you should have learnt by now. ontop of that, bro going AWOL at anyrank is a blacklist and removal from most if not all battalions. You did it as a bloody BCMD. Also, its no so much consistently violating server rules but we dont allow CT's or any other rank to RDM, why allow you? Not so much chronic insbordination but you did get arrested for insubordination.. Not pog. Overall dennis its a -1. Unless you clean up your overall act my opinion wont be changing.

+1 Egg. You took me in when I needed, I had just gone through my rough time with Mamba, lost a close friend and you took me in and got me back on track. I was a 2ndLt and GC during Eggs term, fighting alongside some names like Wombat and Koval. Egg trained and got many people into outstanding standards and most of which made it to many regimental positions. This battalion more or less still uses many byproducts of Eggs 3 year term. Now this comment triggered me quite a bit. Blacklisted after a 3 year term as gree. Arrested/Mingey is a laugh. You my friend are blacklisted from almost every battalion. Threatened to delete documents you really have no right to call someone out like this. This guy cares for the 41st more then you will ever know and more than you ever could. And that doesnt only just go towards you. Anyone who says Egg doesnt care. Please come back after you sit the longest term as Gree, Created the battalion in a sense. The 41st Legacy is this man theres no if buts or maybes, thats how it is. Not only that, He never recieved his Legacy Gree rank, He reached the agreement and never got it, I think at that point anyone would leave the battalion and I think thats what that play was for, to make him want to leave by not giving him his legacy rank, nor promoting him fairly. Instead he remains, beaten by the corruption of the battalion he loves so much. I for one would say more heartbroken then inactive. For those who cbf reading: Egg= Longest Serving Gree, 41st's legacy is this guy, Continues to push on even being discriminated by the courruption in the batt. Egg, Welcome back my good sir.
