They utilized their knowledge of their planet and cooperated to take down the CIS instalation, however, the revolutionary leader had to be detained due to his xenophobic, genocidal views that the republic did not take kindly to. They eventually rescued the alien race and took down the revolutionaries, instilling a complete republic regime on the planet Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: N/A

  5. Name: Brian Limmond RP Rank: MSG Suggestion: Add this mustafar map to the event server Implementation: Mustafar is a really unique aesthetic, so it's a shame we don't have it available to choose to do events on anymore. I've found a different map that, in my opinion, is an upgrade from the old one we had on the event server and focuses a lot more on fleshing out the base part of mustafar as it was originally created for TTT, though it still has outskirts and lava rivers in the map itsself you can utilize. 6. Name: Brian Limmond RP Rank: MSG Suggestion: Add an area trigger tool that can be used by GMs on the server Implementation: This would be an extremely useful command when it came to setting a lot of people at once with things like health, weapons, models, etc. it can be used both to make initial setups of events easier and can be utilized as part of the events themselves. The triggers could be set to have a variety of functions, as previously said it could allow anyone who walks into them to be given a set weapon, health stat, model, etc. as well as some miscellaneous functions, really any command that would be useful in an event could be set to be an option when placing down an area trigger. This would likely require a bit of coding, but would definitely be a more than useful addition for GMs if implemented. Lore: N/A Workshop content if applicable: Requires Development

  8. Bug Type (Server:): Clone wars event Severity level (1-3): 1 Evidence (if you can): This is the crash report I get if someone is able to make sense of it: https://imgur.com/a/zL4Ux94 Description of the bug: RP_Geonosis causes consistent crashes during peak server hours, it seems fine during EU but when there's a lot of people on main it will start crashing you regardless of how many people are on event server, it happens with multiple other people who've tried using it, not sure what's causing it, usually the crash happens when noclipping around the map really fast but not always, for this reason you can't viabely run events on this map anymore, it's been happening for a while since other GMs say they've had this problem for ages but I can't see it reported anywhere so not sure when it started How can we recreate it: Hop on Rp_geonosis during peak hours, wait around for a bit, start spawning dupes, fly around, etc.
  9. I've never had any problems with lag on a specific planet, so just based off of how they're build, how they look, etc.: Geo>Tython>Endor>Umbara But the ambience on Geo is fucking deafening and doesn't go away until I DC
  10. It was talked about at the GM meeting, and basically, as big of an undertaking as it is, plans are that hopefully it will be done more in future, though without being too frequent so the playerbase doesn't get even a bit sick of them if that makes sense. There will probably be a few of these types of events done in the lore event series if they fit the context
  11. I like how noone actually knew what maces line actually was lmao

  16. 5/10, first part was OK, not a lot to it other than basic action, the part on the planet was a bit shaky, there were times when a lot of people didn't know what was going on, were just standing about beacuse nothing was going on, and I still don't know what was going on with the admiral objective (I think he was in the pit that we couldn't get inside without dying?) and the final attack at the end really messed with the pacing even more. Some good aspects to it though, the start of the first part was pretty well done.
  17. Name: Brian Limmond Who helped (If applicable): Mason Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): N/A Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A LOT of droids showed up and captured the base. The republic then started to clear them out slowly but surely, before taking the fight to them and boarding their supply ship before blowing it up Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: N/A
  18. That's why I suggested it only be done with staff chat and a new in character broadcast that's sole purpose is to go cross server, not just like every ooc message goes across, but only the important ones. The in character broadcast one would *definitely* add a lot of actual roleplay opportunities when it comes to doing events on the event server, and the staff chat would be a really convenient feature that lets GMs communicate with each other on the fly. I guess I can see maybe some unrelated messages cropping up in chat if people are using staff chat to talk about things on one server? But staff chat isn't really spammed so I doubt that would be an issue at all and the main feature would be the broadcast command anyway since, as I said, it adds a lot of roleplay opportunity and lets GMs more convincingly link event server deployments with the main server rather than just poking the battalions in teamspeak and saying "connect"
  19. I'd imagine it just wouldn't play still, since that's what happens on other servers with their media player functioning in this way
