+1 Void is a fantastic and active member of the community. I also really like you plans. Especially for eu trainings. I remember being extremely tired at during and especially at the end of selections and leadership, just because of the time it is hosted at. This significantly affected my performance during the ARC trainings. Therefore I think that this change gives people from eu a fair change during the trainings.

Your answer gives me convidence that you are going to do well. +1 I got one more question though: What about the idea of outreaching a full squad to 2-3 battalions?

I get where this comes from, but what if a gm does not think of something the RC squad can do and therefore denies you joining? Or what if someone just wants to keep the deployment on a small scale? Don't you think that the outreach program actually makes so you have a lot of contacts outside of RC that make you able to deploy with other battalions? I also think this is the hardest part of your plans, since you still want to be deployed. I am thinking of giving a +1, but I still want you to answer my questions first

-1 As a gamemaster you will be able to host deployments and events. These take a good amount of preperation as opposed to an encounter. Your document is a great introduction to your idea,but it does not show anything else, like the map you are going to use, which battalions are goong to be deployed and if there are going to be different phases during the event. This is lacking. You also do not show any of your past encounters/events that you hosted. I would like to see what you have already hosted to see if you are able to host big events.
