I think the health should be buffed yes but nerfing the cannons is a no for me -1

Bug Type (Server:): CWRP Severity level (Low - Medium - High): Medium Evidence (if you can): Try using the promotion menu or anything in the "C" interaction menu. Description of the bug: Cannot access the promotion menu as well as the NPC vehicle spawner. How can we recreate it: Hold C and try to use any of the right click menus.
