I can also make tough decisions when needed that may not be popular. My channel is a Neutral place where arguments and disputes can be settled in a civil manner. Do you understand the lore of the Republic Military?: Yes Availability: Anytime in TS and discord and from 5pm to whenever I pass out in game Give a Brief overview of your achievements on the server: 187th: Became a Recon trooper which was their ARC Trooper RANCOR : Became their MEDL for a time. Became the last Alpha ARC before their official instatement into the server Became the BCMD and help bring RANCOR back from the brink of death along with some other peoples help Trim down the ARC training and reversed some decisions made by the BCMD before me. RECON REG: Helped All the recon Regs get to a stable number they may have been a few bad spots but Recon as a whole was in good position at the end of my term as Recon reg Attack and Recon Senior Commander: Was the Last Senior Commander on the server Helped get both attack and recon in stables positions and advise them on any situations that needed help or a voice of reason. Marshal Commander: Helped out many different Battalions with Situations that was out of hand. Get and keep a mostly Active High command Team that helped their Battalions with their Problems Advise the battalions with anything they asked and give my honest thoughts on many problems and training. What do you feel the role of the Chancellor is ?: The role of the chancellor is the voice of reason on the server someone people look up to and gets together with the right people to make fun and exciting events. Also bring Rp suitions that can be fun funny or serious when needed. Do you have a Microphone?: Yes of course Where do you want the Republic Military to be at the end of your term?: Want the Republic Military to be stable have all the battalions et up so they have a clear command structed So that incase someone ever asks a question they can find the answer they need easily. Also Make sure Base ops has good clean and clear ideas and a fun place to play so people will want to join it. Also bring in new types of RP encounters. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within the clone army: Help the battalions with the transition to the ground map more and help with the rotation of battalions to outpost or patrols get them more comfortable with the battalions and then develop new systems for them. Name: Marshal Commander Rider Suggestion: Adding a Dress uniform to the Regs and Marshal Commanders job Implementation: Adding the model as a skin option for Marshals and Regs like the General Lore: Not so much lore but a comparison to real life, military has their combat uniform and a service dress uniform, regular clones wouldn’t need dress uniforms since they are always in a combat centered environment but high command has times when they’re in combat and in a place where no combat would happen and no armor would be needed like in a command meeting or just walking around the ship/base. Constantly getting praise for how my squad ran and presented it self. 501st Captain Rex For about half a year I ran Was in charge of 501st it was one of the bigger battalions got best battalion for a straight week. The owner didn't like me much but put up with me cuz of how good it was. Helped make and advise on a couple of hand books for different groups while I was Rex . Synergy Roleplay: 187th: Started out in 187th worked all the way up to SSG and made Recon Trooper which was their ARC Trooper. RANCOR: Went back to down to PVT then worked my way up to SGT and regained my ARC status. Was Always running tryouts I would sometimes spend all day sitting in bunks trying to get even just one person to come. worked my way up to CSM and then Officer. Was MEDL and Alpha 98 Nate Was in the med bay always hosting checkups and made a Rancor battalion MED training. Evently became One of the senior Officers and Colt soon after that. Applied for BCMD and brought it back from death with some help Ran most ARC trannings byself during that time until I got more officers and people in to help such as Fizzik Snow Dragon and Tec. Helped get CPT fordo and the rest of the Alpha ARCs into the server. RECON REG: AS Recon Reg I helped smooth transitions of BCMDs such as when Grum took over for Doc for 91st. Helped kill some of the mingiest parts of Certain battalions. Made sure any problems or beefs that happen was able to be squashed and settled on Neutral Ground in my office. How do you plan to improve relations within The Grand Army? I would like to do small Personalized events/ trainings with just 2 battalions and then eventfully Spred that out so all the battalions can get used to working together with each other and hopefully trust each other.
