We don't use a traditional whitelist system anymore, so these should already be whitelisted. I'll look into why these are not allowed to spawn in if @Mavelle +1's this.

The only thing I can think of is that you're using something blacklisted in your dupe and our spawn protection is denying the whole dupe. I'll be eager to hear what @Daytona211 finds if you work with him.

Yeah @Daytona211 pretty much covered it. We're not going to be reworking props/entities/effects to get their classifications changed so they can be spawn-able. I accepted the suggestion originally thinking I had missed the prop when I was whitelisting hence the suggestion being accepted. But looking into it further it's listed as an effect(This is the props classification) which are not allowed to be spawned in.
