  4. Good question, well to increase interactions with others one of my agendas was battalion activities. This was meant for not just the 21st battalion interacting with each other but us doing joint trainings with other battalions like DU or the 212th and any other battalions that would have the time to join us. When we’re doing events if anyone is short handed in man power we would work together with said battalion to increase our efforts as a whole to get the mission done or even with amazing numbers cooperation and team work is key. Regarding GMACT and regaining tech and eod first I’d make sure the training we currently have which is boarding training is good in depth with how to board ships and trainings are frequently hosted. Now with GMACT it was removed due to issues with those having to get it done to move onward into the battalion so it isn’t a official training we do anymore. Although some of us still host it as a learning experience so if those who are still interested in doing it you can ask around and one of us mostly a officer would know how to do it and they’ll teach you the ropes. If a suggestion was held to bring it back as a official training with good intentions/feedback I wouldn’t mind making it a official training again. Regarding tech or eod sobde is doing a fine job hosting and teaching the trainings so I wouldn’t want to take it away from them which I think I’d have to make a suggestion for anyways. Since they’re doing a good job I wouldn’t need to do so unless they wouldn’t want to host it anymore I’d gladly try to regain the trainings. Hope that this answered your question.

Yes I’m always open to discussion and I think I know what situation you mean by this... but regarding your question as a whole any how in any scenario where there is a Glooming question/concern I will ask the person what their genuine feeling about the situation is. ( I’m very approachable with concerns within this battalion I’m asked if not daily every other day with questions regarding the battalion. ) Any who once a question is established I will then agree, disagree, Or be neutral to the topic at hand and explain why I feel that way like how everyone has their own opinion. ( Any discussion that is being taken into account will have my full honesty in how I personally feel like discussions should be. ) Once a decision is clear ( note that any decision never will just be my finial say unless it is absolutely demanding of me to make a statement as BCMD of said subject ) it will be known to said individuals. ( if it’s a battalion decisions it’ll be known to battalion if personally asked it’ll be given personally visa versa and etc ) Now regarding you I promise I won’t make you feel alone I’ll genially try to work with you to reach the best solution of said argument and that goes for everyone else in this battalion.

[RP Wise] 104th PVT-LTC [Became Wolfpack Mortar, and ITM] Delta Squad Boss and Sev 41st PVT-Major [Became Green Company, ARCL] Rancor PVT-Commander [Became Aven, Alpha-17x2, Havoc, and ITM] 21st Nova Corps PVT-Commander [Became Keller, and ITO] I joined the 21st at the beginning of January because I simply wanted to help the battalion and also since I knew a lot of good people there. In the first week once I hit SGT I recruited around 10 people into the battalion within 48 hours due to a CT Boom at the time and a few of them still play. From SGT I continued to help with the battalion whether that be through recruitments, trainings, or other means and it got me into KU and then eventually 2ndLT Keller. Soon after that I took on the role of REGL once I’ve reached captain making all the regiments have ample amount of members and keeping the branches in a balance. Since then I have an Officer in every branch capable of doing their duties and teaching/overseeing those below them some even having leads in the branches. I’ve also been doing a lot of intel work and rose to the rank of ITO making sure everything is in place and helping those who might not be familiar with intel work understand how things are done. Just recently I’ve hit commander and now have many ideas to present to the battalion which I’ll cover down below. [Other Experiences] NA-VA HA x2 TRM ( Over 2 years now ) Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: The reason why I think I should become the Battalion Commander of the 21st Nova Corps is because I care dearly for this battalion since I’ve joined and we are now in a need of a leader to continue the growth of this battalion. This battalion has worked hard for everyone to look at us differently due to pass issues... I simply want to preserve and maintain this new image we worked so hard to achieve and recognition we’ve got from those who once looked at the 21st as the remove/wipe battalion and never go bad to that state again ( Not bashing anyone ). Now this does not mean I’m having the mindset of anything that the 21st did in the past is completely out the window… if it is genuinely a good suggestion from the past there will be a discussion in the suggestion channel about it. Although if I need to I’ll cut the conversation short if it would cause us any problems moving forward. I would encourage new methods of ideas for anything regarding the battalion Overall this battalion needs a new era of people to emerge to guide/lead this battalion to new heights with new methods that could help improve the battalion to not just become decent but great in all aspects. With that being said I certainly believe I can lead this new era of people as I have already been doing along with other promising individuals. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes Availability: Monday-Friday: 5pmEST-11pmEST Weekends: All day if not busy Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: On Synergy Roleplay I’ve played about 4k hours and have been playing since November 2018. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: Going into this said term I have agendas that I would be working to get done within the battalion during my term. Those said agendas are the following: 1. Revising/revamping all the documents. We currently have a few documents that could use some revising and we are currently revising a few. I would be making sure these are done as soon as possible to make sure we have guidelines and handbooks ready for those needing to use it with no delay. Anyway I would just check over all documents making sure nothing is out of date and everything is up to date for the use of the battalion. This agenda also includes any intel related work that needs updating or anything of the sort. 2. A Confident and Respected Officer Core. Regarding the officer core I will be doing a little revaluation and making sure all said officers can meet expectations and can work together efficiently and do their jobs well to be the perfect role models for the those below them to look up to. Make sure that there could be at least 1 officer on at all times even during the later hours and make sure all the officers can communicate with one another when an issue arises and I possibly wouldn’t be around or when I'm all said and done with being BCMD and after me the officer can still do that. In addition to that I want the Warrant Officer position in this battalion to hold a little more weight then it does… so I would work on the power status of our WO to make them be able to host meetings, and trainings for our NCO’s. 3. NCO/Branch Management. Being the Current REGL I’ll still be it until someone who is capable arises and still makes sure that all branches are still on equal footing in terms of player count. Regarding the NCO’s in general I’m simply going to reassure them that they know what they are supposed to be doing and with the revised docs they would have at their disposal have an efficient amount of information in anything they would need to do/know. I wish to have the best quality of NCO's this battalion as seen yet by the end of of my term. 4. Battalion Activities. I am still working on a schedule to have joint trainings with branches and also maybe a whole battalion training every once in a while making sure that they are fun and a learning experience in some way or form. On top of that Recruiter of the week as well as trooper of the month would get some type of reward, maybe even consider officer of the month as well. I want this to be a continuous practice we do even after my time here. 5. Officer Feedback Form I’ve discussed this for a while but I would make and finalize an officer feedback form so where if any Enlisted or NCO’s have issues or feedback for said officer we would review it like every other week so bi-weekly. Keep in mind these wouldn’t be used in a way to make someone feel back or bash the person that is getting feedback… the officer would be taking this as constructive criticism and use this form to see what they could work on including myself because no one is perfect. This wouldn't just help me evaluation the officer but even after my time with any new BCMD's. 6. Improving our connection with our Jedi. I’ll be working alongside Ki Adi Mundi to improve our connection with the Jedi program we have and get them more involved. They seem to be isolated and that shouldn’t be the case. So I’ll have a chat with our Jedi to see if we can improve our connections with one another because they are still a part of the 21st Nova Corps and once that connection it meet it will be kept that way working together so that we see eye to eye and no one is feeling left out.   7. 9/10 Great event in terms of how we as the players can decide our choices. Although the battalions were a bit mixed in assignments and delayed information between battalions although that isn't really your fault. Can't wait for part 2.

  10. +1 This man has done great to every battalion he has been in and contributed greatly to said battalion. He'll do fine especially with recon.
  11. Most of these comments are from a outside view so I'll pitch in my word from a inside view. Yes Dennis has done a lot of bad things in the past and most were in commanding positions. I'm not disregarding anything he has done in the past but when you only latch on to that sole fact for why he isn't fit for Baraca and are not even trying to see what he has done for 21st as of this moment concerns me. 21st had a wipe.. some people were called in to fix the battalion Dennis was one of them. The "High Command"... I repeat "High Command" called in Dennis to help fix the battalion which is what he did. He reworked our roster with the help of forseen to help the battalion be less of a struggle to log things. He also along side with forseen created our merit system ( A form of promo reqs ) to give a Varity of options to our battalion members to show their work and dedication for the battalion. He along side with the other officers removed the toxicity and elitist tendencies from the battalion to give the battalion a new face to work from. Not to mention out of all the officers that were sent here HE IS THE LAST ONE STILL IN 21st. He is as we speak working on the sub-units as a captain when he doesn't even have to but is putting in the work. Most of the decisions that were made for the 21st since the wipe Dennis was spearheading it he was basically acting BCMD majority of the time. He has proven to be a great example to the 21st as of this moment making sure we aren't stepping out of line or getting into trouble and when we do he makes sure he learn from it. We had a incident the other day and he and Maddox handled the situation as respectfully, and professionally as they could and we learned from our mistakes from them. Since Dennis has got into this battalion he has greatly done more good then harm. Like I said earlier I'm not disregarding anything that Dennis has done in the past but the man has own up to his mistakes were all human. I have not heard one complaint from any 21st saying how bad of a job Dennis is doing... all the negative input is coming from the outside POV which is fine but now you have a detailed inside view of what he has done and he intends to do. Also the activity thing he is active for someone working IRL anyone in the battalion that would have a issue meeting with him/ not seeing him most likely are EU people but that can't be helped as much I personal see him very often. With all this being said he has my +1, Good luck.
