Well i would like to know what happened for you to get removed and for such a traumatic event to unfold but this is for your application and as a firm believer of second chances and having many friends who have done stupid things like those, myself included (not the ban thing but to get removed for a stupid thing i did long ago) I will say: Let's talk about it. (3 sentence minimum): Well that's a difficult question, i did my best as a staff member and more as a game master, i hosted many events and people liked my events ,there were the occasional dislike but that's beside the point. i tried my best in both staff tickets and events but at that time i felt my actions were still underappreciated and overlooked, even when i tried my best most upper staff members and some players overlooked me bc i wasn't that popular with them or bc of other reasons (i don't want to create drama so imma not say it) i also was feeling even though i was working hard ,very hard,to the point of exhaustion and overwork that no matter what i did, i felt that i wasn't doing my best (words of others but at that point it also began to linger on me too) the only reason that i stayed and worked so hard for so many years ( i think it was several years) was bc i wanted to make the community and the players happy, to make people return to this server and say "they have great events, their community is great and their admins are great". i did all of that to help out like i still want to do. So to say how i felt my time as a staff member was before i would say : "Hard Work, Unspoken Work, Shadow Work but at the end it was worth it. o7, Same reasons i left as well. not fun anymore, the time i was online i didn't saw a single event and it was a miracle if someone did some encounters, I have to ask are the GameMasters Ded? or it changed and now only VA+ can make events? Cuz i saw none when i was online. The 104th discord rarely is active on the event channel, which shows how little to no events are being made/directed for 104th. I also love the community, I sometimes get the urges to come back and play but i see the state of the server atm and those feelings quickly banish, i just hope changes are coming to fix this situation. Also idk if this message will be gone or the tread locked afterwards but i do feel, a bit scared to speak about the current state of the server from my perspective... is a fear i have that this message might be reacted as not criticism but as harassment, and is not that...is just a criticism from my point of view. Imma just say that Dill did in fact crash the server by spawning idk what launcher and the server was down for approx 1 hour.... and? it was hilarious to see people saying stuff like " hE CrAsHeD tHe sErVer" and such...more time to spend with the family amiright do i think he abuses his ranks? yeah but still is so fucking funny to see what he gonna do next.... So me saying the first time i came back to this server that i was "a former Icefuser, but i left cuz it was a bad server" saved me from a perma? Damn in all seriousness, i believe that his ban should be shorter, also was this an insta perma ban or was there some talk before hand like a meeting on "you are getting banned bc u advertised another server" kind of thing? We were told to always warn people and in case of bans tell that person the reason as to why they are getting banned before dropping the hammer on them. Anyway +1 shorter ban and maybe u should also communicate with a HA+ to speak about this matter.

You know how many times I have been a GM or another player (current GM mind u) and seeing people just trying their hardest to make an event bend to their will? like for example: 1 nu class full of senators arrive at base, ST are to escort them into the base for security reasons, 1 ST decides to check for weapons in the ship (is full of senators idk why u should do that but okay) then he doesn't roll or anything and just reports that the senators are fake and that they have weapons on them. GM is like WTF? and i am like What the Duck? ik of player choice but it shouldn't be a case of "1 player deciding the whole event".
