  1. They don't get the full ARC kit, only the Westar. This was changed a while back when I was valiant the first time to help balance it out.
  2. Literally all of our Alphas were on yesterday at one point or another... the only Alpha I don't see at least every day atm is Hades and Lerona. Who are both on LOA... This is probably a time zone difference Dennis, your work schedule probably makes you miss them.

  4. Just to bring this up, Alpha is also smaller than the following subunits. Wolfpack Havoc Squad Torrent company. The rest are either equal or less, the thing is that outside of CG, the rest of them have 2 subunits resulting in more WL in total. So the only battalion with an actually equal number of Sub-Unit WL is CG Diplomatic Services. This is beyond us "Just wanting to be as special as Torrent Company." We want the extra slots that other subunits are granted. Anyways, +1 I green lit this.

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: Ever since coming back to the server, I have dedicated myself to helping to improve the community and to make sure that everyone within the community has an enjoyable experience. With my BCMD term coming to an end, the most logical progression for myself is to join High command. Foreseen asked me to go for SOBDE Reg after I was removed from director, and I said no at the time. Now I want to go for it because I believe it is the best avenue for my to impart positive change within the GAR and the community as a whole. I bring to the position my vast experience over the 3 years I have been in the community, and the 4 separate battalions I have been a CMD or XO within. I bring with me my ability to look past who my friends are, and to be able to give accurate and constructive criticism in order to help set people on the right path. I have learned in time as well how to have an even handed approach as well as how to build people up instead of just tearing people down. With that even-handed approach, I have also learned from my director term to be patient and not rush into things, to discuss and think things over before executing a plan. I do have the ability to commit to the plans I set forth in order to see them through, however, I am not ignorant enough to think that everything I do and plan is perfect, and I am willing to listen to others opinions and incorporate their criticism and to let their voices be heard. With this however, I am not someone who is a push over who bends easily, as anyone who has worked or argued with me would know. Finally, I think I should become regimental commander because I have the track record of getting results, and the experience to adapt to any situation that my term would through at me. As well as being able to form the positive working relations in order to make the regiment fun to be in, without compromising my ability to conduct my duties as RCMD. Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: Yes. Availability: I am currently in my summer break and I am available via Discord most of the day, however, I am working with uber eats in order to get extra spending money, so my hours can vary. Generally speaking, I am available anytime from 4PM EST and onwards. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: So for the most part, you can look over my experience to see some of my achievements, but here is an explanation of most of them. As 104th I supported Spartan in his BCMD term, helped revive the 104th and set up Wolfpack along with Scarecrow. 327th: As XO, I worked with Willy to revive 327th from a battalion that was dead to an active one. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to fully fix everything, but it was a job well done. Rancor: The first time I was in Rancor, I worked alongside Sixta to help re-start the Alpha ARC program. My second time in Rancor, I helped bring Rancor back from one of it’s worst slumps its been in, helped adjust and fix the ARC program to make it a more fair and enjoyable experience, and set it up to be in the best state its been in for a long time with the amazing people I have to work alongside. GMC: My first stint as GMC was only a month long, as I was given director shortly afterwards, however in that time I began the process of turning the program around from the worst state I have ever seen it in. In my second stint in GM, I have worked alongside Shockpoint to realize that goal of having an active team. And I believe we succeeded, now with being GMD I am working to continue along that path. Director: my time as director was one of highs and lows, Ultimately, I did not do as well as I believe I should of. However, from the mistakes I learned from my time was director has been invaluable and what I will carry with me throughout my time in the server and in life. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: Not all my plans are going to be listed here, more specifics will be stated in my interview, but this is a general overview. Both Rancor and 41st are in good states for the most part. The specific areas I want to focus on in both is the following. 41st: Eliminate their mingy image Help with the introduction of improco company to insure its a smooth addition and to help with any hiccups that it might bring with it. As it is till fairly new. Encouraging a more serious approach to RP and events within their battalion. Rancor: Help restore the NCO core as we lost quite a few who were promoted. Work on getting Alpha designation trials started. Backend and QoL stuff for ARC trainings. In summary: I want to make both battalions open and enjoyable experiences for everyone within them, I will accomplish this by pushing for active recruitment and helping to maintain a positive and fun environment within the battalions. Of course there are situations that can and will arise that I will deal with on a case by case basis. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: Its a stereotype for RCMDs to say they want to host joint trainings in order to improve relation. While they have the right intentions, serious trainings don’t actually help improve relations within battalions. What helps improve relations is encouraging us to spend downtime with each other, as such I want to have both channels be open to each other and to allow free flow between the 2 channels in order to encourage more inter battalion interactions. On top of this, I will be working with them in joint deployments in order to get them to have fun working together. As well, keep in mind that I am leaving out a lot of detail, as there are several different issues that I will not bring up as to not stir drama up within the server and battalion.

SOBDE was given the task of retrieving a bioweapon in possession of the CIS. RC were given specific orders to retrieve the package and extract. SOBDE after collecting the sample was tasked with detonating the on sight nuke to destroy the facility, along with any clones left. At the extraction point they were killed to limit witnesses.

  14. I forgot to include this in the original post. this is the song sung by an awesome character after completing probably the best companion quest in any RPG I’ve ever played. I’ve never before just sat there and listened to a full song sung by a character but dear god it was amazing. warhammer 2 music isn’t always special but damn this one is good. While DAI had some issues IMO, this scene was beautiful and the games soundtrack is also very good. Great fucking music, great game.   15. +1 Just make sure your council is holding the same standards to everyone and not picking and choosing when to and I think you'll do fine. Your last term was meh mostly cause of LOAs and needing to build things back up, so lets see what you can do.

During the assault, CIS forces were deployed to Anaxes in order to attempt to break the fort.

  21. It’s because there is a lot of things that can go into a decision that doesn’t need to be public knowledge. If you want to know why a decision was made you can always ask, in my experience @Jadis very good at explaining the reasons behind decisions made by the founders. Follow CoC of course Edit: forgot to say this but, in my time back they’ve been pretty open about the decisions they have made. Of course this doesn’t mean you have to agree with them but I digress.

  23. So, speaking from my perspective as someone who has been in the staff team for almost 6 months again. I've spoken with Gears and now Crimson and voiced my concerns to him and we shall see if a lot of these issues are addressed in the future. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM OF THE STAFF TEAM FROM MY PERSPECTIVE. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY. As well, I am speaking mostly in generals here except when I mention specific people obviously. 1. Favoritism in staff is best exemplified by @Crimson he himself has admitted he hasn't done a whole lot, he is very VERY transparent about only wanting Director so he can get honorary staff, he was also thrown VA instead of SA because they wanted to fast track him into an HA position. Director promotions are always biased, you don't want someone you can't work well with as a Director partner. Crimson was far from the the first biased Director promotions and most certainly won't be the last. @ShockpointThat is objectively false, Crimson will tell you himself he didn't do a whole lot outside of hosting events or telling people to take tickets occasionally. Again, he himself will admit this. 2. Double standards: The fact that the only HA I can see actually following the standards set forth from my conversations with Gears is Shockpoint is a slap in the face to the lower staff members who are constantly told that we need to do better or that they aren't doing enough. That they are told that they aren't doing enough for a promotion by people who don't do anything other than go into a staff meeting once a week and talk for 2 hours. When Shockpoint has to make several complaints that he feels like he is the only one doing any actual work within the team I think there is a problem. 3. No enforcement of standards: I have said several people of lower ranks aren't active enough, don't do enough for promotion, or don't have the qualities we want. I can NOT in good faith tell them that the guys who make the final decision deserve to criticize people on their work ethic. We have VAs who don't do anything. The fact that the only only people using our VA doc to leave feedback on staff members is myself, Bluecar, and Chumbus before getting HA. How can we have several VAs not be doing what they're supposed to be doing and tell lower staff that they are meant to be examples or leaders within the team? (Not including new VAs obviously as yall got it literally yesterday.) 4. General high staff complaints: When people are putting in a lot of work but you guys think they have some issues to workout, they aren't going to improve unless y'all actually give them feedback and tell them they need to improve on stuff. You guys have a lack of presence within the team and on server, at least from what I've seen and my discussions with other staff members. You guys rarely seem to have bad communication skills and a general lack of professionality, the last staff meeting is the clearest example of this. There are other criticisms I have that are member specific, but im not trying to call out each HA member, just giving y'all the general things that I have noticed from my time back. While what @Bbstinesaid was true particularly I expressed this to Gears, that there are people within staff are treating it like a competition for promotions instead of a way to provide entertainment and make player experiences within the server better. There have always been people like this, however these are the same people getting rewarded with promotions / money incentives. We see that the people who are doing this are the ones getting rewarded, how else are people going to treat staff? There is a lot more I can go on about, but as I said above I expressed my concerns to the current directors and Woeny, so hopefully things are fixed / improved and Im not here to call out specific people except Crimson who I talked to before this. Also, to the lower staff members. You guys are really appreciated, and I see a lot of y'all putting in a lot of effort into the team. Hopefully you guys can get a better staff experience once things improve.
