If there's one thing I learned during my time as Boss it was your pure dedication to RP and how much you really cared for the battalion, you alone was the best person to take up Boss after me and I will never regret that decision. -1 Main reason is activity, especially when the server is quiet. Alot of the time you say stuff that you shouldn't, it makes you sound unproffesional and incompetent.

Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I wish to help out by making events, hosting trainings and so on by myself. In all honestly it is rather simple, what's the point in standing around not having fun cause not a lot is happening? It's much better to personally make it happen. And now that I am no longer BCMD and I am fully used to my Jedi duties I have more time to focus on the staff team. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I have been staff multiple seperate times and every time I have enjoyed it. My latest time as staff I did my best and had a lot of fun but in the end my focus went else where and I felt it better to focus on that. The last time I was staff it made it really easy for me to host trainings, tryouts and I had tons of fun hosting events as well, this is something I wish to do again. 4-5-5 I personally had a ton of fun with this but that may be because I personally got to do a lot of the RP with the base unit. This was tons of fun and I'd gladly sit up to 3 am for it again !
