I want to mentor and guide the 104th into a battalion that can always bounce back when times get tough and to have the confidence to always try their best. Regardless of my experience in the past, I want to prepare 104th for the future ahead of them and to give them the support and the drive they have given me to succeed. I needed to take breaks along the way but I've always loved coming back. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: The previous BCMD had some solid systems in motion and some set in place that in my opinion don’t need changing, however I will attempt to finely polish those systems for any flaws and see improvements with the battalion, these are my plans for my term. Activity and Productivity While I do understand that events may take a long time to set up and may not even happen back to back, my goal is to make sure that even in down moments that the troopers of 104th are always being productive, even if it means small passive rp to heavy training sessions in SIMs. When my term ends I want the 104th to show that no matter the situation we can always do something to not only pass the time but to also learn new things with an open mind. Jedi and their roles within 104th Jedi within the 104th have recently picked up responsibilities within the battalion such as holding rank equivalents and even interactions within the battalion, my goal by the end of my term is to have both factions work together just like if it was run by only clones I want to accomplish this by allowing Jedi to lead troops into battle and even hosting more trainings os the battalion can grow accustomed to working with Jedi. The Jedi played a major leadership role within each battalion in lore and I want to give them a chance at leadership capabilities as well as more roleplay options whether it be inside an event or roaming around base training with the troopers. NCO/SNCO Corps While the NCOs/SNCOs have been doing a good job, I aim by the end of my term to assist them in taking initiative and build up their confidence to handle even greater responsibilities. They are the future of the battalion and to give them more leadership opportunities within roleplay could boost their capabilities which could in turn teach the future enlisted whether it be in physical training or handling specific situations within RP. Officer Corps Officers should always be seen as mentors and leaders to any battalion while also representing the standards presented to them, by the end of my term i want to leave behind Officers that are not only dedicated and hard working to the battalion but over all able to face any problem and find a quick solution to it. This means working individually with each officer to find ways to improve themselves then coming together to see better improvements to the battalion as a whole, at the end of the day we all work together and i wish to keep that system alive. Battalion Outlook The 104th being a siege battalion not only works with the entire regiment but should be capable of working with any battalion it is with at specific or sudden moments, by the end of my term I want 104th to welcome other battalions to it’s training whether it be SIMs or even patrols when able so that we may work as one and even learn new things and improve relations along the way. ==========[ Battalion Commander and Equivalent ]========== Steam Name: [SR] Dark RP Name: RANCOR Commander Colt Steam ID (SteamID Finder): STEAM_0:1:38367107 Battalion or squad you are applying for: RANCOR Battalion Commander Blitz Experience: RANCOR NCO: When i joined RANCOR i was made a SGT3 (back when the rank system was still TR3) from which i was under the command of Vints term a couple of weeks before he resigned, from which i was Doing tryouts daily, training along side my men, even hosting PT Sessions up till Command Sergeant Major. RANCOR WO: When i was promoted to Hammer i was under the command of Vex who was Blitz at the time after Vint had Resigned, From which i took it upon myself to ensure that the RANCOR NCO's and Enlisted were to know that as a Specialized Unit we are to fight together NEVER against each other. i made it my goal that when i was done with them they were to become the best future officers to ever lead in RANCOR Battalion, i was given a long sit down and talk with @Dondi who told me how i could become the best Warrent Officer at my capabilities. RANCOR Captain: Long after i was Promoted to Captain by Commander Colt/Llama and made ARCL i knew my purpose was in the RANCOR Battalion, although with rough edges and time i was able to help my battalion as much as possible as the ARCL i tried my best to ensure that the ARC of RANCOR never EVER forgot the training and hardships they had to strive for to achieve that standing and how much it would mean to them. as i told them being an ARC trooper is an achievment, it may be taken from you but no one can stop you from becoming what you desired, i would try to teach the men how to be professional to others and moddest, Formalities were tight within the battalion and soon with the help of the officers at the time improved efficiency and well being in the battalion. RANCOR Commander Colt: Shortly after i was promoted to Commander Colt on 2017-11-11 under the Command of Snow/Blitz and at the time i spent day after day sitting with the troopers and seeing room for Improvement, as my activity did slim down for a little while due to IRL i still try my hardest to be with my troopers whether on Teamspeak or in game, i had a goal when i became Commander and that is to give RANCOR a name on Synergy not as an elite unit but as THE ARC troopers i wanted my ARC troopers to inspire others outside the battalion that with enough hard work and training they too can become ARC in their own battalions and be that inspiration they desire, i stressed hard with the troopers that anything and everything they do in the battalion is earned not given, and i will continue to show my troopers that RANCOR can be what we mold it into. The map redeemer is a good map but the map Kamino Standalone is a good map for the Roleplay experience the community strives to enforce, i understand that the Kamino Standalone map is a giant map and may lag but lag happens no matter what server you join on the Venator map is generic and doesnt stand out this community is 3rd on game tracker most of the Clone Wars servers use the venator map which we have all seen may of times, the Kamino map has an acclamator that Naval can attend to and the Kamino City can be left for military use, the fact is that the map has pleanty of space for all troopers to use, the citadel is nicley detailed and is an extension of the city as its own designated area so it wouldnt inturupt any other players on the other side of the map, the medbay is nicley detailed and only needs a few props added to make it look immersive, the brig also has pleanty of space for CG to arrest even though it has two entrences we can add checkpoints to make sure no one enters the areas the actual cells themselves can be singled out so the people arrested for any reason will not disresspect and or harm any other player that is arrested along side them, the hangars on this map can give pilots the roleplay aspect of actually working on their ships as you can close down the side hangars so the pilots will not be bothered, the mess hall is already built into the map so the actual props used on the venators mess halll will not be needed, as for the CC Room one can be made on the map if any other rooms will not suffice the Kamino map stands out from the rest and can draw in new players as well as the Venator can, the jedi temple can as well be added to this map with time and effort we can make the map work all it needs is the communities support as well as the staffs effort to make the map work , there are barracks on the ship for naval to relax in as well as barracks on the kamino map for the troopers as well, engineers can board the acclamator (my spelling is not perfect) to work on the engine room on ship or even on base, the roleplay that can be added to this map is endless but as for the lag as i have said Lag is always gonna happen no matter the host and or how many props that is actually placed on the map itself, synergy is a fantastic community and i want to make this idea to help us stand out opposed to the rest of the other clone wars servers that exist, everyone have a pleasent day/night and FOR THE REPUBLIC! - TR RANCOR ARCL Captain Dark. Why do you want to be a Synergy staff member?: I was a CO-Founder of a very dead community years ago trying to create a safe haven for the players to come and enjoy roleplay and when the server launched on synergy i felt the care the staff and the owner did for his players and i want to be apart of the feeling and giving the players the experience they desire and one to never forget. What do you hope to accomplish in the long run as a Synergy staff member?: As a staff member i would strive to enforce the serious rp that the server strives for and to give the players the feeling of not fearing me as a staff member but as a staff member they can come to for any problem they have to me so i can better their experience. What do you think it means to be a Synergy staff member?: A staff member not only enforces rules but they are players who strive to give players the pleasure and experience all SWRP fans want, it is a staff members job to help the players no matter the issue and always stand for what is right and wrong for the community as a whole and should never put themselves before the players staff support the players never control the players. How do you think you can benefit the community?: I cannot stop everyone who comes on the server to not break rules but i can however use my knowledge i do have to give the players a safe haven when they are on our server, i will strive not to better myself but better those around me and teach them what it means to be a Synergy staff member and as a player. Do you have any prior experience being an admin or staff member?: As i have said i was a CO-Founder of a community named ICGS and which was shut down, i was a super admin on a server call Last Bastion CWRP, i was a director of Gmod servers on a network called Lyhme but resigned as IRL did afftect my time then.
