I want to mentor and guide the 104th into a battalion that can always bounce back when times get tough and to have the confidence to always try their best. Regardless of my experience in the past, I want to prepare 104th for the future ahead of them and to give them the support and the drive they have given me to succeed. I want to become the BCMD to give inspiration to even the lowest enlisted that with hard work and confidence along with the support of their fellow troopers anyone can achieve their goals and hopefully I can push them to success. Availability: Mon-Fri: 5pm EST to 11pm EST Sat-Sun: 11am EST to 9pm EST Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I started on synergy when it was just a Teamspeak. I needed to take breaks along the way but I've always loved coming back. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: The previous BCMD had some solid systems in motion and some set in place that in my opinion don’t need changing, however I will attempt to finely polish those systems for any flaws and see improvements with the battalion, these are my plans for my term. Activity and Productivity While I do understand that events may take a long time to set up and may not even happen back to back, my goal is to make sure that even in down moments that the troopers of 104th are always being productive, even if it means small passive rp to heavy training sessions in SIMs. When my term ends I want the 104th to show that no matter the situation we can always do something to not only pass the time but to also learn new things with an open mind. Jedi and their roles within 104th Jedi within the 104th have recently picked up responsibilities within the battalion such as holding rank equivalents and even interactions within the battalion, my goal by the end of my term is to have both factions work together just like if it was run by only clones I want to accomplish this by allowing Jedi to lead troops into battle and even hosting more trainings os the battalion can grow accustomed to working with Jedi. The Jedi played a major leadership role within each battalion in lore and I want to give them a chance at leadership capabilities as well as more roleplay options whether it be inside an event or roaming around base training with the troopers. NCO/SNCO Corps While the NCOs/SNCOs have been doing a good job, I aim by the end of my term to assist them in taking initiative and build up their confidence to handle even greater responsibilities. They are the future of the battalion and to give them more leadership opportunities within roleplay could boost their capabilities which could in turn teach the future enlisted whether it be in physical training or handling specific situations within RP. Officer Corps Officers should always be seen as mentors and leaders to any battalion while also representing the standards presented to them, by the end of my term i want to leave behind Officers that are not only dedicated and hard working to the battalion but over all able to face any problem and find a quick solution to it. This means working individually with each officer to find ways to improve themselves then coming together to see better improvements to the battalion as a whole, at the end of the day we all work together and i wish to keep that system alive. Battalion Outlook The 104th being a siege battalion not only works with the entire regiment but should be capable of working with any battalion it is with at specific or sudden moments, by the end of my term I want 104th to welcome other battalions to it’s training whether it be SIMs or even patrols when able so that we may work as one and even learn new things and improve relations along the way. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

  7. 10/10 Never had such fear trying to run back to main base, then got left behind.
  8. 8/10 Even though it was a shoot'em up it's better than just standing around, keep it up!
