-1 100% agree with Egg, accepting a large nerf when i only have 5 guys in the first place seems a little wacky, for one All Batt ARC's are rarely on at the same time together, and in another point, The jobs would be left with the default weak westar, effectively making them basic troopers Not to mention, one of our jobs is GC ARC, which are allowed special weapons like this already, the only difference is the chaingun. In short Remove the Chaingun keep the rockets, because it seems like you didn't even evaluate how the batt ARC were using these weapons and i hope that makes sense Forseen.

To be honest, if you guys want the Heavy back, You gotta give up what you got in exchange for it being removed the first time. Also you guys already have plenty of jobs that can do any task needed. The need for a heavy does appear to be small. I see at least three jobs with chainguns, and not to mention the JT, all I can see coming from this is a Class with a Z6 and everything else, nerf the proposed job a bit then try with that as a suggestion. Makes no sense to let them by with both, Rancor is in dire need of balancing anyways, what with ARF's ARC's and the Alphas already. You guys have a lot more than most Battalions have even with their sub-units with Rancor alone, Add in Alpha and you guys have the bulk of strength on the server, Heavy Ordinance can't have both for this very reason. All of this taken into account, it's a -1 from me Bud.

+1 Honestly, this guy as valiant he's been my favorite. His experience in the position speaks for itself. The length of the app is a minor issue but considering everything people within Rancor have honestly been watching him closely. He's a top lad who can get the job done, He focuses on Rancor and Alpha before anything and I have faith that he can keep up with the legacy even though Rancor has fallen on some tough times, it's nothing that cant be pulled back.

Talk to Shock about these things before you use them as evidence, he's been expunged on all of the other ones, and the wiener one was actually "China can Collectively Bite MY Wiener" there is the context. and the random bird was a staff thing since he was unarrested due to misunderstanding.

To be honest, when you originally took over i was interested in seeing what would happen, But in the first weeks of your term, i noticed nothing had really been pushed or changed at large. Seeing as how it was one of your main points in that application period i felt it was strange, And I had been paying decent attention to the 41st when I had my legacy reinstated and I did have every intention of trying. Unfortunately a tragedy in my family happened, and I decided to leave active membership in the battalion, and then further decided to pick back up my previous position elsewhere. With that in mind though, I've noticed that as a whole, things have only been largely changed in the later half of this last term. Being busy is understandable Being a BCMD isn't a quiet task, but in my opinion certain changes you had planned early on took a decent amount of time to be put in to effect, whereas they could have been enacted quickly upon assuming the position. As far as I can tell, you're a decent lad, and I have no qualms that you can do great things on synergy But this is going to have to be a -1 from me, purely due to the fact that work in the battalion hasn't exactly been expedited

+1 Not only have you been one of my best friends since joining CWRP, I have witnessed every ounce of what makes you genuinely overqualified for this position. And that makes me super amped for this, Not only do i believe you have the best interests of the 41st at heart, but also the skill and dedication to get the job done from day one to the final stretch. So after reading, Honestly I can't tell if this is a joke or satire. there are parts that appear to be completely wrong, considering the subunit is not the only thing you're applying for. And on other parts it seems like a personal attack on other applicants, or the state of 41st. Almost blatantly disrespectful if actually read. Not to mention the fact that half of these positions are on servers I never even knew existed and after examination, don't seem to even exist anymore. But to be honest the biggest question i have after reading all of this honest to god Swill. Is Where Is This Mans Nurse? Who's Man's is this? -1

+1 I love this idea, a push for something like this can only make game masters more open and creative. As well as restoring their drive to do quality events more often.

I've reserved my opinion for the most part, while I thought it over and ran it back a couple times. In my honest opinion Most of the changes and additions listed here are as Thexan said in a way Redundant. While i agree a certain amount of pressure should be applied within the battalion, I disagree with certain things such as the NCO systems, and Officer systems mentioned. If YOU the BCMD cannot deal with inactive officers, or do not have the minimum amount of active Commanders/Commander under you, then you are already doing your job WRONG. And if NCO's have to be lead like sheep in order to get a promotion, than they have weak leadership skills and zero ambition. Now while most people are capable of taking charge. This system implies a degree of Laxity, and would allow people to skate by simply doing tasks you have laid out for them. Hand-Holding if you will. -1 While I don't feel you're a bad lad at all, I simply think you're rushing into it without coming up with anything concrete or otherwise, But I'm open to being proven wrong. He didn't "Just leave" he was removed without even really being told why, by people who seem to regret it, and one who isn't even around anymore. And was waived for a reason. This -1 train seems to be open to anyone regardless of whether they understand the context, or reasons for said removal or not. and not giving the guy a chance when his legacy rank is supposed to be officer+ but was removed is disingenuous. If i recall his removal wasn't even done through official channels such as a fully followed up report, that's about all i can say on this matter.

+1 In my time on both icefuse and Synergy I've never really encountered another person with as much presence as Egg, and it showed through most of his work, including the friendships developed as a result of said work. I definitely want to see how well things go this time around, as both a previous member of 41st, and as a current Recon battalion member.
