I want to help out the server. I've seen some issues from lack of staff at certain times and I want to help to curb that. I have stayed in the 212th Attack Battalion since then and I have never regretted it. I have always stayed very active and involved in the community so even though I have never been in staff I know exactly what it takes and requires. Strong -1 from me for the battalion ARC portion. (For RANCOR +1 I guess? I'm not in RANCOR and quite frankly I don't really care y'all can do as you wish) ARC training is a tough training to get. It takes time not to mention it is on a very strict schedule. This is not a training that you complete in a day (there have even been people I have even known to take upwards of a month completing their ARC). Then you take that fact along with battalion ARC already taking a pretty big hit from RANCOR slots wise (a reduction from 10 to 6 slots), and I'd say ARC is balanced as it is at it's current state. If this suggestion were to pass it would literally mean the actual death of battalion ARC. Period. What is the point of working to actually do ARC training at that point? You have to take a training which for some takes a while, fight with 6 others for a slot, and on TOP of that the job is worthless?? Like come on, its a tad bit ridiculous to be honest. The job would no longer be appealing in the slightest. While in RANCOR there are unlimited slots, you get to be an actual job specialization as an ARC (Medic, engineer, etc.), and you have an elite company based around ARC as a direct step up from standard ARC. I'd say if it takes any longer than a single day of training for any job, the payout better be good. And in this case, the payout would literally be, sorry to say, garbage.

9/10, Was a very very fun training and it had a nice amount of RP sprinkled in here and there. It all came together really well.

It's Technodad. He has all the experience in the world. On top of that he's a great guy. But this is just coming out of nowhere chief. You don't really have any time in battalion at least as an officer+. And 212th is a very unique battalion with its own set of problems and not to mention systems. Its run very differently to others and it takes no small amount of time to learn the inner workings of it all. I'm sorry but this is just gonna have to be a strong -1.

I don't mind the addition at all, if they want flying medics give it to them. I strongly believe in setting good precedents. And a precedent has already been set for flying medics for standard battalions. Even though I personally don't like the whole "I have a jetpack and I can go from one end of the map to the other while healing people" (With the exception of Kom'rk, he is SF and should get SF gear) I have no right and no place at all to say that someone else shouldn't get it. Especially if my battalion has what they are requesting. That being said, the 212th will be putting in a suggestion to receive parachutes in place of the jetpack if and once they do arrive. And I hope that this will also be receiving the parachute alongside the other 187th paratrooper job. tldr, +1 if the 212th gets it then they should too.

This past term was difficult but the 212th alongside myself have worked through it and persevered. And I hope to continue the perseverance and growth for another 3 months. Current availability: Availability recently has been a bit iffy because of school ending and adult things I am starting to have to do (This is largely the reason for my lower than usual hours) but as soon as school ends by the end of this week (the 31st) I should be 100% available again almost 24/7. This should be from around 12:00 PM EST - 2 AM EST. What have you achieved within your battalion/squad during your past term?: I have achieved a lot. High battalion activity being the main one. The 212th right now is flourishing with leaders in every branch and many active officers with promising NCOs. I also have many other officers that are promising as well and I hope to build up the next generation of Commanders as well with both of my already great Commanders at the head. There is a bright future to be had and even if I don't receive a 3rd term then I hope to leave that as my legacy. What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?: There aren't many things that I can think of currently to change. As the old saying goes, if it works don't fix it. However I can and will continue to look for ways to improve already working systems within the 212th. As well as continue to build up my officers and continue to push them to be the best that they can be. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes.
