  1. 5/5/5 Mysterious and fun. Kept people on their toes.
  2. Name: Aegis Who helped (If applicable): Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A little gremlin emerged from the vents, and assaulted the ankles of those at Fort Onderon. CG was quick to destroy the imp, or murdered a child. Time will tell what the truth of the matter was... The Dreadnought

4/4/5 Commandos on bookshelves is a headache to deal with. Shotgun commandos hurt my soul. Fun event though.

    The Hoard

4/4/5 Poison headcrabs suck for hoards. I enjoyed being able to attack people and NPCs in the same event.
  5. Name: Aegis Staff Rank: Senior Admin Length of LOA/ROA (Please specify date if possible): November 6th until November 8th. Reason: My bank account has been compromised, so I am taking the time to reclaim it, secure it, and re-evaluate my cyber security. I believe my steam account may also have been compromised, but that has yet to be confirmed. I will be making many many calls, and jumping through security hoops over the next couple of days. Do you understand that if you go LOA/ROA on a named Jedi Character for more than two weeks, go on LOA/ROA on any RC character, or go LOA/ROA while being clone commander, you will be removed from that position: Yes. Do you understand that if you are going on LOA/ROA for more than two weeks you may lose your leadership position?: Yes.

    Thalos' End

4/5/5 Poison headcrabs kinda suck, but really cool nonetheless!

    bacta gm app

+1 I think you'll do good for the community.
  8. +1 has age and experience. Does good RP, and would be an asset to the team.
  9. 4/4/5 Big shoot-em-up, bugs hit hard. The hive texture/materiel made navigation/vision hard at times. Fun though!
  10. Name: Aegis Who helped (If applicable): Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Two deathwatch assassins infiltrated the base in an attempt to assassinate the marshal commander, and BCMD Bacara as a secondary target. Simple in-and-out, what could go wrong? 11. 5/5/5 Lots of great RP, thoroughly enjoyable.

    The Flood

4/5/5 Fun, inspired, but damn everyone pushed fast.
  13. 4/4/5 Cool blasing saucers. Magna guards were pretty dangerous.
  14. Name: Aegis RP Rank: XO Suggestion: Allow the weapon checker SWEP to strip all weapons, jetpacks, and utilities (Grenades, tac inserts, etc.). Implementation: This would allow CG/TG to actually strip detainees when necessary, further increasing immersion into the RP scenarios on both sides. As it stands the weapon checker sees no love or use besides simply removing permaweapons, and seeing which the player possesses (omg he's got a middlefinger! Take it away!). Seeing that they are armed during a quick search, being able to disarm individuals, and then later return the weapons, opens many new avenues to engage in RP. To deepen the complexity we could have certain pistols that fit the "holdout blaster" category be missed by a check/strip (down to random chance even?), so EJs or players armed with the right gear can still be sneaky without it feeling cheap (Ex. Yeah I totally would have missed the DL-44 you stuffed in your boot...). While the random chance of rolls and counter-rolls is thrilling, the time it takes to strip someone via this swep could create tension, as the individual could be feigning compliance in order to surprise their captors. If 5 people roll low on stripping someone, and the other rolls high on their counters, it's becomes sillier and more unrealistic. If 5 people were detaining someone, FearRP can take effect here, encouraging compliance in the face of overwhelming odds. This would not need to replace rolls/counter-rolls, but would add tangible outcomes if it is felt the random chance is still desired over an RP scenario. Imagine the checkpoint RP that could happen if people could be properly disarmed before entering a particular area, and only the cunning smugglers could find an alternative through RP, or tuck something small on themselves. Or perhaps as part of prisoner intake they're searched and stripped before interrogation. Gamemasters could also get creative in using this tool (responsibly) with EJs (guards stopping someone before an audience with a VIP?). There are so many possibilities that listing them here would be futile, but I hope that this is considered, and implemented at some point in the future. Lore: Large blasters are noticeable, as are many blaster pistols, and would be removed from an individual being detained, alongside items like jetpacks or explosives. CG and TG would be trained to search individuals, so use of this tool would be justified when detaining personnel, and better reflect the time taken in such a process. Even then, smaller holdout blasters could be missed. Workshop content if applicable: Require Development. (If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development")
  15. Thank you for your honesty in this matter, it is much appreciated, and I am always open to helpful advice/feedback. Knight and I are both striving to find a balance between strictness and leniency, in order to achieve proper discipline. Yes, I was previously on the mingey spectrum, and not the best behaved, but I have since learned, and worked to be more responsible. I am not seeking to unravel anything that anyone has done, but grow and improve on what works. Upon seeing CG members taking on a deployment with stunsticks, rolling melons down slides, and playing with a no-collided wall, among other things, it was a bit of a wakeup call. I say this because immediately after that deployment, we set up a little sports arena in MHB, and played melon ball; it was silly, but in a good way, and was even explained away in-character to an event character. As someone in a position of authority, there are expectations of me, and I feel it necessary to hold myself to a higher standard. While you say simple reasons, please understand that they may be cumulative, or not as simple as you believe. We are capable of balancing seriousness with fun, and members should know what is expected of them. Be active, engage in RP, don't stun people with their batons, don't go looking for excuses to arrest, and be tactful in their warnings/interactions. Part of this is to do with our trainings, and the attitudes individuals hold, while part of it is the nature of the job. Yes, we do need to work on warnings and tact, but recognize that we are obligated to act when we see something happening, regardless of who is at fault. Nobody is above the rules, and we will be working to discuss situations with those arrested in case there is a misunderstanding, and context was not given to us. Additionally, it's hard to present ourselves in a good light, when our members prefer to stand in the Detention Center, only reacting to an AOS or similar situation. We will be pushing for the Detention Center to be a business zone, and not a hangout. It would help members have more fun as CG, if they actively partook in things around them. I do encourage anyone to speak up if they have feedback on how/where we can improve. To further this goal, Knight has created a CG Feedback Form, which we hope will be taken seriously, and used productively. It can currently be found among the links listed in the Coruscant Guard TeamSpeak channel.
  16. A toggleable overlay would be very cool, and create an interesting dynamic between people who wear helmets, have fancier helmets, and those who without. +1
  17. +1 Good person who I believe will put in the effort. Master team seems to want him to boot, and I trust their judgement as well.
  18. Thank you for the feedback. Getting people online has been a challenge that we are working on as a team, and has been yielding mixed results. As for in-game operations, we are actively writing new guidelines, tryouts, and the like. This will be to ensure that CG know when to use their words to politely issue warnings, be harsher, or arrest immediately. Furthermore, going forward we will be instituting a sit with the arrested individual(s) to explain the situation, and receive their side of the story. Mistakes can be made, we're all human. In summary; we're working on it, trying to be thorough, and tactful going forward.
