I loved ALMOST every minute of my time as Fox, and I know now that I leave CG now in better hands than mine. This experience has allowed me to grow significantly as a person. That said, the position has caused me a tremendous amount of stress. I am glad to finally, comfortably be able to step away from the position, but I am sad to leave you all. However, both you and I are going to a better place. And so, lets end this on a happy note. Goodbyes: None, I'll still be here. But it'll be a while before any of you catch me as a BCMD again.

I still have plans I want to execute and continue. I fully trust my current officer core with my vision and believe they can execute it given the right guidance. Increase stabilization Increase activity when no BCMD is online 212th: I believe 212th has a lot of potential. We can improve 212th and bring them to the next level. 212th has an amazing EU presence, and I believe we can capitalize off it and progress even more. NA activity Promote leadership within the current core Increase professionalism overall. The current core does a good job pushing for higher standards within the lower NCOs and Enlisted corps Increase stabilization & communication within the battalion Overall: Overall I want to push for an increased activity incentive while and continue rewarding our new players. This should and will increase retention within the lower ranks. It’s worked in the past, and I feel it’s super important to make sure we continue this push. . Availability: 5 hours a day, 7 days a week Give a brief overview of your achievements and experience on the server: In my time on Synergy I have helped revive specialisations within Galactic Marines, 41st and 91st. I was able to bring a new standard for roleplay and activity to the Galactic Marines and 91st's medics. I then brought those standards to Coruscant Guard, where I swiftly rose up through the ranks and became the BCMD. As of writing this application, I have been BCMD Fox for a little over a month. Galactic Marines: PVT -> 2ndLT MEDL 91st Mobile Reconnaissance: PVT -> MEDL Coruscant Guard: PVT -> BCMD Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your sector to be at the end of your term?: I would like to see the two battalions of my sector working together as a team more frequently to keep each other active and motivated. 2 heads are better than one, and I'd like to see the BCMDs of both battalions working together to solve problems. I'd love to see them regularly sharing trainings and deployments together. Hopefully at the end of my term as SCMD, I'll have one of the most active and interactive sectors on the server under me. How do you plan to improve relations within your sector?: Battalion Meetings Battalion meetings will increase synergy within inner battalion relations. I think it’s super important to push for inner relations to promote stabalization. Joint Training I believe joint training’s can only help to increase teamwork within the two battalions. I believe we can build a foundation for an overall goal within two battalions through weekly joint trainings. Combined HC meetings Having more people to brainstorm how to resolve issues and be more open about things we can improve can only help the Command core of both battalions grow closer. Provide a team mentality I want to look at the Siege mentality and work towards a goal where we’re all on the same team and push for the same goals and activities together. You are an inspiration to me. A force of greatness in the community. And although you might not be able to continue the job thats expected of you, I know that your presence alone has done and will continue to do wonders for Synergy. I'd better keep seeing you around, fellow roleplay fanatic. Server would be a darker place without you. That said, you've earned a rest. So rest easy queen

The server will be a different place without you Jayarr. I was sceptical of you when I first came back. I was doing the 24/7 squinting emoji IRL. The sus one. But then I realised that you were actually a pretty complex person. You brought some real passion for RP to the table and some of the best fun I've had on the server has been at your side as Fox. SOMETIMES AS THORN TOO! You will be missed brochacho. Sleep well

I suppose that could have some impact on it. Its the people that are already here that need to change though. The people who are in positions to enhance activity. Think of it like this. If we had a GM team that didn't run any events, the solution wouldn't be to look for more gamemasters. It would be to motivate our current GM team to make more events!

Its not a matter of removing things or adding things. Its a matter of people and motivation. I don't think that any kind of development right now could help our population. Like sure do a map update, get 10 extra people on. But how are we gonna keep those people on the server? Thats not gonna be a matter of development. No quest system can fix that problem.

I've been on and off Synergy since 2017. I've gone through a lot of rough and toxic shit here, but I've stuck around. I've come back time and time again, because I'm passionate about the community and I'm passionate about the people I've met here and the people I've made friends with in my time. When I came back to Synergy a few months ago, I was met with people genuinely happy to see me. Because I have legacy here. I've made a mark, and so many other people have also made a mark. All of these other people have created amazing memories and awesome friends in their time on Synergy. So many people have that same passion that I do. This community is a goldmine. It has endless potential that I know we can bring back again. We just need motivation. Everyone here just needs the motivation. The structure that Synergy has developed over the years has cemented a capacity to run autonomously based on the chain of command. Everyone thrives from having someone above them, looking down and patting them on the back for doing a good job. I know that first hand because as a BCMD, I still feel that way about the people above me. And I know that the people in my battalion feel the same way towards me. I am personally able to obtain very high numbers while I'm online. Right now however, people such as myself are losing motivation. It seems like we're all putting in work for a project that is simply owned by 4 guys that we've only seen like twice in the past few months. We in higher positions on the server have a responsibility to uphold. We must play our part in being that figure for the people below us, and so must all of you, the founders. Synergy will die unless something changes, imminently. I don't think any of you should step down, but I would very, very much like to see you all take the step up. Synergy is home to so many people and its genuinely heartbreaking to see 16 people on the server where there used to be 100 more. We are doing our jobs, and I understand that perhaps you are doing yours. But if you all do more, we also will do much more for you. This is not intended as a lecture, or a scolding. Its a plea for help. The same can be said for everyone here. So I want you all to ask yourselves. Should our community be begging us for help and attention? No. Something is wrong here, very wrong. This is not a business anymore. It barely counts as a community. Its a small server on Gmod. Its time to start running it as such. Its time to step up <3

Advanced Warfare was cool af. I have many good memories of quickscoping people with the exo jumps. Every game with weird movement mechanics after that got stale af very fast. Imo Ghosts had really good multiplayer tbhhhh it had lots of cool extra modes that made it genuinely exciting when they released new DLCs. And it had the snoop dogg VO pack which was kinda funny tbh. I only really enjoy COD games for zombies these days. BO3 has the best COD zombies experience so that remains to be my favorite COD game
