Nope that's right, I remembered it still. Obvious it was a bit of the spur of the moment but that doesn't devoid you of punishment. Ther comment I made was on the 6th of Feb, meaning you were banned almost 4 months ago, that is longer than most so I am willing to give you a chance, just know that doing it again is likely to end the same way it has now. +1

-1 4 months might be enough time for some bans but for DDos threats and slurs and then shwoing barely any remorse after that really should keep you gone for a bit longer

i was there for this, if you truly cared about spending time on the server, you wouldn't have repeatedly done things against the rules. especially to warrant a perma ban,.-1 from me,. some of those were serious offenses.

Yea that was part of it too why i let myself do the dumb shit i did i let myself get burned out and was shitty bout it when i shoultnve been. That deff was a lead up to my stupid actions not part of the overall thing.

I don't know, on your previous posts you seem sorry but threatening to DDOS a server is obviously such a bad idea if you ever want to play on it again. If anything you shouldn't be unbanned now, its only been a little less then 4 months so -1

The ban was issued Sunday January 23rd of this year for DDOS Threats and Homophobic Slurs @Gadgetgave the following statement on the last ban appeal. This is all the info on the ban I have on hand, if Gadget wishes to amend his statement or comment anything else he is free to but will not be required as he has already given a full statement previously in regards to this ban. If there are any questions in regards to the information provided I can respond if needed.

After discussion with our HA team and a few of our VAs, we have come to a conclusion. Cosmo's ban will stay, but instead of an indefinite ban as seen here, their ban will be set to 6 months from today. Their ban will expire on November 20th of 2022. We believe this punishment to be fair for the level of offense. If there is any questions about this decision, message me or @Maddoxx.
