Well, this is an oof if I ever saw one. 1st. guidelines weren't followed regarding punishments for this sort of thing that's an oof 2nd. We have said time and time again to speak to people before banning and gauge if they are actually trying to be malicious. Richard, as a general rule, is a good idea to not have binds that affect other people unless it's for RP purposes. Kissing isn't part of the bind. Short and simple, ERP is sexual in nature, licking something randomly is failrp. Dick isn't a bad name, any other form of the male genitalia should be considered ERP from what I can tell. Context is all and this was mishandled ban wise. (Staff members enforce rules, not their will. If the name is fine, he doesn't have to listen.) +1

I was actually talking to Sanchez about that whole name situation and his name is literally Richard. Dick is short for richard. People just jump to conclusions and look for the smallest things to yell at and assert dominance over other players for and he told every one of them to calm down and go away. As for the other stuff you're saying, you do you but it's usually pretty obvious when someone is doing ERP. As for the appeal itself, licking isn't something that I would have ever banned for and I dont think others should either. As you said, it should be classified as FailRP because that is more what it is. If something else was involved in the kicking, then that is a different story. There should have been a warning involved and if the issue persisted then action could be taken but based off of this appeal, I am going to give you a +1 for an unban. Good luck my guy.

+1, he seems to be genuine in his ban appeal, I don't think he mean't anything in a malicious way. Seems like a misunderstanding and a jump to the gun type scenario.

Well I do agree, Chambers needs to chill with the perms. Here is what I got. This was reported to me. I let it go, cause I am easy going. Said it was up to the 327th to punish you. They chose to kick you out. Then you got banned by Chambers. Probably did what I should of, reading the whole scenario. You tried to meme someone, you meme'd yourself, and now you're suffering the pain. I would say reduce it, but some ban should still be in play, let this be an example to others.

Okay, so I will explain exactly what happened. I was checking the discords to see if anyone had @ me so I could answer questions. I see a ping from 327th Discord I read the conversation and I reply but then I scroll down and I see this. "Actually I do have something to talk about Tucker made his name Zim in Teamspeak Poked me saying “Bly isn’t doing his job, and I need to talk to both of you” " -Tristan "I didn't agree Cyclops wasn't doing his job, I was actually about go on a roasting session with Zim, but it wasn't him I almost messaged tucker, disguised as Zim. What me and cyclops have been talking about over the past couple days future plans shit like that" - Tristan I saw the video of it and it showed it plain as day what happened This is the perfect example of why exactly you CANNOT IMPERSONATE OTHER PEOPLE doesn't matter it was the owner ANY impersonation is unacceptable. It just made it worse that he did it as Zim. I am well aware of Tristan's relationship with you @RvBTUCKER6669 as you can recall I intervened in a situation between you and Tristan and ruled in your favor on it, and I told you to not speak with him and if you had problems to go talk to BCMD>REG>Marshal. This was obviously a malicious act that was supposed to piss off Tristan and using Zim's name could have resulted in a confrontation between Zim and Tristan where Zim wouldn't have even known what had happened. This concludes what there is actual evidence for. There was a separate situation without proof (Unless Galle wants to come forward)of this message being sent. "Someone impersonated you as well ask Galle He got a message from someone with your exact TS name saying he was gonna get removed " -Tristan to Cyclops Regardless of the fact that some people think it is a meme it was an intentional act to cause issues and Tucker needs to take responsibility and punishment for his actions.

+1 for a reduction. Yes he played a racist song. At the end of the day it is just a song though. It is not like he was directly running around calling people the said word. I have seen some more "Favorited" people do stupid shit like this and only get AOS'd at most. Not saying unban him because he didnt do anything wrong. But I think a reduction is fine.

Alright heres the thing Mike while I understand you mostly only care about a TS uban but this is still going to be considered for all platforms. Now your original offense for being perma banned was quite a while ago and honestly for that alone you could have very easily been unbanned, but instead of contacting higher ups to make a ban appeal on the forums you made ban evasion attempts in the forum of using a VPN in TeamSpeak, in game(Only a small amount in game from what I was told) and on the forums, then when your CT PVT Crispy account was banned, which you only ever used that account to start flame wars or tried to start drama, you made another forum account to do the same thing. For everyone giving their opinion on this ban appeal with just a "+1/-1" with no comments attached or a "+1 such a good meme" or "-1 You are bad man" these votes are not being nearly as heavily counted, I really was only looking at replies with real feedback and after reading them I have come to the following conclusion: Most of the +1s are stating that mike is really dumb but deserves to be unbanned and another chance, and while I do agree with that he has ban evaded several times between the forums AND teamspeak and intentionally causing problems on the forums. So for the time being this appeal will be DENIED and you will remain banned, BUT if you stop attempting to ban evade MAYBE a couple months down the line this can be considered again for appeal. Until then if another instance of you ban evading happens anywhere, forums, TS, or in game, you will not be given another chance at appealing and all appeal attempts will be automatically denied.
