It's cool we had them but honestly, it only ruins the experience for everyone except the people that own them. From the GM side, it makes it hard for event jobs to do anything when they can't see. From the players, they can't see anything it's extremely experience breaking, constantly a victim of friendly fire. We had it, it was fun but now its time for it to go.

Exactly what prince said. If yall could remove the god awful cancerous visual effects then I think flamethrower would be more accepted.

But the event job can't see shit. The point isn't the damage, it's the visual.

So, it most likely will be required to be handed out by the Gamemaster as they will have to take this into account for events due to the minor lag it adds. The more people are around the person making the cover the more lag it will create as the ghosted preview is visible to anyone around that person. The cool part is that we can make our on fortifications by just swapping the model in the code, such as if we find walls or barricades that are in the style of Star Wars we can use those instead of sandbags and etc. I'd say +1 based on what the extent of the lag is. And of course event server only.

Give players the ability to buy ammo for Grenades and Rocket launchers just make the ammo 1000-1500c each that way people can buy the ammo needed but it would be far more expensive than blaster ammo, I believe if the ammo was expensive players would not spam the explosives. 2. Give the prototype z-6 more ammo per life possibly 1-2 more mags, so the total ammo counts for it would be between 500-750 rounds. 3. Allow CTs to become Medics and allow CT Officers to promote CTs, I understand the goal is to push people into battalions, but 90% of people would join a battalion anyway. Implementation: 1. Just allow people to buy the ammo in the F4 menu. 2. 2-3 mags for the prototype z-6 would justify someone spending 25 mil credits what a bummer it is to only have 1 mag. 3. The implementation of CT medics could help during Events and allows CTs to be treated like any other battalion, and maybe if CTs could get promoted by more than just generals that would be pretty nice. Lore: I have no lore to back up my suggestion as they are just quality of life suggestions, and as for the CT request I understand they will get denied just figured I would try. although I would love it if you considered allowing CTs to be medics because during events battalion medics focus on their specific battalion above CTs or anyone else. Workshop content if applicable: I do not believe my suggestion would require any workshop content

-1 I donated hundreds just to get the flamethrowers and other perm weapons. I've probably bought tac-inserts, sweps, VIP for over 30 people at this point. The flamethrower is meant to be wielded by a minority of people who have the means to do it. You don't see a kid with their parent's credit card doing it because frankly, what kind of parent would rationally allow them to donate at least $800 for an item on a Gmod server. People who bought it have earned it. Plus, a majority of the time that friendlies are set on fire are when they get too close, willingly or unwillingly or when they accidentally run into it while the person in question is setting an event job on fire. I don't recall an instance where a person with a flamethrower deliberately RDM or set mass groups of people on fire, do you?

-1 about 10-15 people actually have this weapon. They are just always on since they are incredibly active. Only a small portion of this community actually have them. Plus that are people, like myself who donated to the server to get money specifically for the flamethrower, therefore it is unfair to remove.

-1 the players who have bought these earned them by either afking for A MONTH or gambling for it. Which is no easy feat only way I see this being OK is if they are reinbursed for their purchase.

If I'm going to be honest... I have seen you behaving well on our TTT server and would genuinely think you're a great person. However... The fact that you came onto a server you have never even played on (which was you when it happened) and straight up spammed "ICEFUSE IS BETTER", especially knowing the history of what had happened and why this community was formed, is straight up stupid. This appeal to me pretty much says the following, You thought Icefuse was awesome so you came here causing unnecessary drama and got yourself banned. Your friends decided Icefuse wasn't for them and left to come here. You aren't actually sorry for your actions, you just want to follow your friends. You expect to be forgiven because you were an idiot. Sorry but that doesn't sit well with me... You'd have to put an absolute shit load of more context to your appeal, accompanied by a massive apology letter, but at the moment this looks like a sorry attempt of getting yourself unbanned so you can follow your friends like a lost puppy.
