Why should this Battalion Commander(+) be demoted?:

Firstly, Gene has violated several rules for demotion. His inability to be online when the people on the server need him the most, and not being able to help battalions such as 91st, 327th, and RM with number issues, which are what should be prioritized in the server. The activity of any battalion has always been an issue, it is not High Command’s problem to why a battalions numbers are lacking but it’s always something that has to be asked about to the High Command seeing that Gene has command over the ENTIRE Clone Army. High Command is not in the best position right now. I have seen some of the best High Command of my time, and I have seen worst, Gene, during his Regimental and Senior Commander time, was in his prime time. He helped with documents for battalions even though most did not like the idea, hosting weekly training when he was a Regimental Commander he was great and I started to enforce that more often as Palpatine on Friday [2/16/18]. It is always been an issue if you become a high ranking clone you start to slack, just because you hold a high rank shouldn’t mean that you lack activity if anything your activity should rise from you getting the rank. I am not trying to call you out but this is what Gene said during his Marshal Commander application. “Right now I do not see Synergy as a serious RP, only a few battalions practice this and have people in them that are 100% in character all the time.” and “I feel that if given this position that I can help promote a sense of serious RP, and get battalions more organized and get all the inner battalion dealings sorted out and dealt with in the appropriate way.” In two weeks and two days, Gene hasn’t been doing what he promised or at least put in some form of effort, he gave the battalions false hope in that he would do all that he could to give the serious RP that he wanted to do. High Command is starting to seem like its a joke. The Founders want big change for the server and I’m 100% up for what they have been saying. They want to move the server in a better direction, and we need people who have the time to hold high ranking positions, we can’t have people hold a rank and not do anything on it. Real life takes up a lot of anyone's time on the server when holding a high-rank people have to maintain activity. Doing things on the side is good but in-game activity is a requirement for High Command. I’m not writing this up because I don’t like Gene or I despise him. Gene has a really good work ethic, however, when someone isn’t getting the job done, they should not be in the position that they are in.

 

Evidence against the individual?: Video Evidence; These are direct sayings from BCMD+ on what they have to say about Gene.

Grand Master Yoda/Tyzen:  “Gene in some cases has tried step over that line that separates Jedi and clone when he decided to barge into my high council(without permission) and decided to threaten one of my masters of a demotion from Jed general because he had "Jackson's approval". Then he came to me and decided to not to tell me anything that happened and implied that I should demote over him taking a knee in debrief which was a meme. Also gene decided to go to one of my Jedi generals and said to him and I quote " 91st and 327th are up for removal and that Adi Gallia and Aayla Secura would most likely be removed because their battalion is going to be removed" an I don't know about that but I don't think he should be going around saying that my named masters are going to get removed just because the battalion is no longer on the server. Mace Windu has wanted me to add to this which he thinks is an issue also which he said that gene has done more just for galactic marines then he has for any other battalion which he thinks he's favoring them to a certain extent.”

Master of the Order Mace Windu/Nightmare:  “Gene Said he would do a lot of great things as Marshal but the only good thing he did was be AFK all the time, He stepped over boundaries that he shouldn't have EX: Trying to get into Jedi Affairs, He tries to massacre anyone in his way like the Armenian Genocide. He also tries to make every Battalion like "Ima Marine”.”

Senior Commander Washington:  “So, I was someone who uneasily backed Gene through his time as High Command, and unfortunately we are brought to this, in which as a member of High Command I have a vote of no confidence in his leadership as of now. During his time as Marshal Commander, he has done little to assist the battalions under him, little to work with them, and overall very little time even WITH the battalions. I understand and am an advocate of the Chain of Command, and that he does not need to micromanage battalions, however, I feel at least SOME effort should be put in to spend time with the battalions. As a Marshal Commander, he needs to check in with his Regimentals and Seniors, which is something that has NOT been done. He has been on the server VERY LITTLE (As some BCMD's under me noted, he has been seen ONCE). Yet again, my activity as of late has been low, however, I still make the effort to post an LOA and to notify my battalions under me, so they understand my issues. For your activity, I see no issue being presented via an LOA, the only thing I see occupying your time (when you are not working or with family) with ARK. I mean no disrespect by this, but you are the Marshal Commander on Garry's Mod, if you were MCMD on ARK, you would be great, this is however not the case. I had some faith and concern going into your term as Marshal Commander, and it has so far gone the path I have feared. I have no personal issues with you and think you are a great guy, however, you are not performing up to the standards you stated. Overall, I leave you with my vote of no confidence.”

SOBDE Regimental Commander Jayarr:  “Not active. Hasn't talked to dooms unit or any RC. Does nothing in my opinion.”

Admiral Yularen/Freck:  “Gene is Inactive, no other way to put it. The job of the Marshal Commander is to be actively working with the battalions, helping them in different ways (Depending on how the battalion needs development) WE DO NOT SEE THIS FROM GENE. Yes, making documents is nice, but that's not the only thing we seem to see from Gene. After speaking to many other BCMD's NO ONE has seen Gene do his work. - Gene basically forced his Naval Document onto me, our document was fine, I told him this, He WOULD NOT STOP ABOUT HIS DOC, in the end, I had to give in before it got out of hand. There are other reports of Gene doing this to other Battalion Commanders.”

Jocasta Nu/Medic:  “I personally haven't seen Gene do much of anything. I've seen him mainly play ARK, every time I see him on the server he is AFK in the CC room. Excluding the event this morning (2/17/18) I haven't seen him do much of anything. I've had to escort him out of the Temple as Jocasta a few times due to him following Zim around like a lost puppy.”

BCMD Meds/Turbine:  “Gene has only given RM our roster, literally no other interaction.”

Squad Leader Climber/Woney:  “Gene tried to hold a meeting between RC Squad Leads and failed to hold the meeting.”

BCMD Neyo/Buzz:  “I haven't seen him do anything for almost any battalions.”

BCMD Blackout/Ryx:  “Ever since Gene became Marshal Commander, I have had ZERO interaction with him. He hasn't said anything to me except "Your battalion could use more numbers", and that's really all. He did a much better job when he was a Senior commander, as he actually interacted with me and my battalion and was open to help, and now I never speak or receive support from him as a commander. Obviously, my battalion doesn't need much help from High Command, but it would be nice to see him interacting with battalions more or doing more work to enforce roleplay on the ship.”

BCMD Wolffe/Black:  “I have not seen Gene do anything with the 104th or even help with its problems! I have not seen him in a while either TBH Last I saw him was him being Senior Commander Gene in GM Channel since He always chilled there as a senior. I also feel that he does not help with any battalions nor check his Regimentals if they are doing their jobs at all due to his activity which is concerning.”

Squad Lead Boss/Vires:  "I can't really comment on what I haven't seen, I haven't seen anything positive or negative from Gene as a Marshal."

BCMD Doom/Deadly:  “He has helped DU make a new roster, though recently I have asked to speak with him multiple times pretty much every time he is on, and these requests have been ignored. He has also been quite inactive lately, rarely getting on for even 3 hours a week.”

BCMD Rex/Acorn:  “Nothing really, he hasn't interacted with the 501st much at all. Also, he's messed with RMs surgery breaking some RP and requiring a CG to be called  so bad RP and bad ability with working with battalions.”

BCMD Gree/Egg: “Before I begin I want you to know, I have nothing against you and I think you are a great guy and I am not meaning anything as disrespect to anyone I have been around for a while and I have seen many battalions rise and fall and rise again. Just because someone can make docs does not mean they are a good leader or a good commander. Yes, the organization helps but all battalions have a certain way they run, when you come in and start changing things around and trying to do things that the commanders don't need or want, it messes up the whole battalion. I have run my battalion for almost an entire year while using the same docs and tryouts and I will admit that we are not the most serious battalion by a long shot but when you came to me with a whole new roster, and I did appreciate the offer for new docs but I did not want them or need them and when I told you that you seemed to get a bit flustered and confused. My second point: Getting involved in battalions that don't really need it and micromanaging. I believe that High command should only really get involved in the inner workings of a battalion if they ask for it or really truly need it. With the sims, those are great because they keep people occupied and battalions are able to practice and improve what they need to practice and improve on, such as communication but when you start going through the battalions telling the BCMD how to do their job and run things even though it is already running fine, issues and conflicts arise. I'm no high command guy but as a commander when people start going through my stuff, telling my people how to do their jobs, and acting like I don't know what I am doing it makes me angry and I am pretty sure it makes other people angry as well. TLDR: You get involved in the wrong ways, even though intentions are good, and when someone doesn't want it to be that way, you get mad. Long story short, inactivity would be the primary thing. but 2nd is overstepping bounds, pulling rank unnecessarily and just trying force things on people that they don't want or he can't do.”

Kal Skirata/ Korm:  “Personally. I'd hope he'd pick up activity once getting Marshal, but he didn't. Actually kept it the same or it's been a bit more inactive. As for his "job" as Marshal. I rarely have seen him do anything. Maybe like 2 things, most of the other time he is AFK. So, he's holding a position of power for no reason. Didn't hold up his promise of getting Marshal.”

Squad Leader Niner/Rush:  "The main thing is his activity. There's someone that legit everyday records him being afk in game for hours. Some other rumors I have heard and kind of seen is him trying to pull rank and trying to force some things (such as docs etc). I can't say too much on my own since I haven't SEEN it with my own eyes but I have heard it from quite a few groups of people."

Suggestion for new Commander of that Battalion (OPTIONAL)?: I believe no one is ready for the role, I can do the role of the Marshal as Chancellor.  Duck has stated he does not want the position, and in time I believe Washington could be a good choice, however, he is not quite ready.

+1, durring his term as ATK REG he was great then once he got SNR did pretty much nothing. This is the second highest RP role on the server and he does nothing. If it’s a real life thing I understand I stepped down from the highest points I’d been twice but that’s it I stepped down which is what Gene should if he can’t get on enough -Acorn/Rex

I have seen you do nothing for the RM, as for your activity anytime I see you, you are AFK.  In my opinion, you are not right for this position.  If you could dedicate more time than you could be great, however with your current duties as staff and your work schedule there is no way you can be successful as Marshall Commander or any high command for that matter.

I love you gene, but when people told you to stay out of battalions business it didn't mean stay away from the game. I don't see you doing much to help the battalions anymore. You have and had a lot of potential you just aren't utilizing. I wish to have seen more of you around.

I won't make a decision because im not very active on the server anymore.

 

But a Marshall should be keeping the Senior in check and working with them.

And a Senior should keep Reg in check and a Reg with BCMD.

A Marshall should not be over stepping 3 ranks to work with a Battalion. You would never see an Army General leading drills. He would be overseeing operations.
