Suggestion: 

Adding more Naval Jobs

Implementation: 

Give Naval something new something unique. A Great way to do this is by giving Naval droid whitelist. We are currently at 7 whitelist and if the other suggestions passes we will be at 13 whitelist and 15 whitelist with this one. When we take a look at the other 2 factions BH's have a total of 21 whitelist and Jedi a total of 29, which leaves Naval very very outdated.
