Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I want to be an administrator to help my battalion do more things training wise. Currently there is a lack of staff in the Rancor battalion and with this I am trying to do my part to help out where I can for Rancor. At the same time it will also be good to help out with events sometimes when needed and help deal with people who cause trouble on the server. I am very active on the sever and I am on almost every single day for the past month.  I have big plans for Rancor and staff will be the first step to achieving those goals. Though I am not an officer at the time of writing this, I hope that the experience I get as a staff member will help me to be a better officer for rancor. While I am very new to this server I think that I have a good understanding of the rules to do a satisfactory job as an admin.

Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a long time player of gmod and I started playing around 9 years ago and I have never once given up on the game completely. I expect that Synergy will probably be the sever I play on for the longest time so far and I feel that it will be worthwhile. I have over 4,700 hours on the game so I really have the time to spend for now. College isn't affecting the amount that I play the server, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes, a while ago I was staff on a jailbreak server, which since has died, and I got to a pretty high staff position. I wasn't to the rank of a head admin but it would be comparable to like midway between SA and VA.

Hmm...a lot of rancor talk being staff means you'll be helping pretty much everyone but for now +1 I suppose

I plan on helping everyone else as well, but my main focus will of course go to Alpha and Rancor as that is my main battalion. Trust me I wouldn't ONLY focus on rancor, I will give as much as I can to every other branch.
