Leaving /advert as it's usually used by the GM for their side of comms and they wouldn't be affected (usually) by Republic Comms going down. It adds more to the RP of it. It already is but the message pops up once then disappears so it’s easy to miss and people continue to use comms. Just a difficult thing to regulate through just a rule.
