Stamina Buff

Suggestion: Stamina Buff for WiltOS

Implementation:Make the stamina drain rate slower and the recharge rate faster

Lore: Jedi's didnt need to jump out of battle to take a breather and were able to still hold their on againts a saber wielding enemy 

Workshop content if applicable: N/A
(If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development")

Other: Its up to either intel or founders on what the new drain rate and recharge rate should be

You guys also wanted my previous suggestion adjusted too not just remove stamina as a whole so I delivered.

-1 Instead of thinking of just sparring, think about fighting with Sith, event jobs, NPCs, and Clones (as an EJ or something like that) If these changes were made, spamming moves would become much easier, thus creating less fun/fair fights for the person on the other side of the saber. Each swing you make with the saber should be calculated and precise, like a Jedi. The current stamina rate creates a higher skill gap in the sense of managing stamina, determining what move your opponent will make, and once again. making calculated strikes. Now for, in those moments of silence during sparring, you're thinking of ways to manipulate your opponent by faking moves, re-evaluating their playstyle and their next approach, and dodging blows if the opponent has more stamina than you.  If someone is caught in a bad position, sparring or anywhere else, you can consider yourself dead in seconds because the amount of swings someone can make if stamina was drained at a lesser rate, you would be spammed to death.
