Age: 16 Timezone: Eastern Daylight Time/Eastern Standard Time Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): Playing on this server has brought me a lot of joy and fun and while playing I thought "I want to help this server and give back to the community in a good way." So as a result of that I am applying for staff to try and help new players, make an inviting space/zone for players and enforce the community rules and guidelines. I would also like to become staff because when it comes later in the night, the server starts to slow down there is very little staff on to none or they’re AFK and me being me, I am frequently on later than others so as staff I would like to be able to be there for the players late at night to provide support and enforce/protect the rules of the server as well as be there to do simple things such as whitelisting. As well as that, I spend a lot of my day already on Garry's Mod playing on Synergy SWRP, so I also want to help the server in return and as staff, I can benefit the server/community in a hopefully positive way. But even though I have had a lot of staff experience, I am still not the best/perfect staff I can be but if I can get a staffing position here at Synergy Roleplay, I can possibly help improve myself, learn more and gain more experience as a member of the staff team. Synergy is like a safe place for me to go when I am having a bad day and all I want to do is help and give back to this community. So with that, I hope you consider my candidacy. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Well, I can’t say much about myself but I will try my best! I am a 16 year old Canadian who primarily speaks French.Though I speak French, from what I hear from others, I can speak english quite well as well as mask my accent in a proper way. I like to see myself as a chill dude who’s easy to talk to and crack jokes around but still be serious when needed. I am currently laid off due to this Covid-19 pandemic and I am just trying to spend this quarantine having fun. My favourite things to do are: Olympic Weightlifting, playing games, playing guitar and playing as Engineer lead of 41stEC. Do you have any previous staff experience? Rickle Posted May 5, 2020 Report Share Posted May 5, 2020 +1 I totally agree with you. There are not many staff on, lets say, 12pm-4am EST or at least non AFK staff. So when people call for a staff because they are late nighters and they don't get one until an hour later it is frustrating.
