Before I even vote are you gonna continue to neglect the EU side of the server when it comes to both the battalion itself and the arc program, secondly are you gonna fix the problem [yes this exists just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen] of rancor being a very uninviting battalion when it comes to people who want to join, or more so from what I've seen a very unwelcoming one. Also are you just gonna have all the focus on arc and on nothing else like idk having arf actually do stuff within your battalion as yes they are a thing, also are you gonna make it so there are multiple pathways you can go down instead of just arc > then maybe down the road alpha arc and then thats it?

-1 I would have thoroughly said you are a good candidate, however you are suggesting bringing back the dense merit system that other battalions currently use, I am very sorry but that will not help fix 21st and I am near certain that it will kill off the battalion even more than it already is. If you do end up getting it for the love of everything good please do not do merits I promise you will regret doing it, 21st isn't holding up as you said it, I was literally one of the only people online other than drone and a few others like hector. Truthfully you are looking at fixing this the wrong way man.
