  1. +1 with ARF getting these, so should Naval. Would add more RP between normal clones and naval.
  2. While others have said they don't really think outreach is necessary, I do think it would be really cool for a battalion to be able to work with a whole SOBDE squad at a time via the outreach program. Not only would it massively increase relations between SOBDE and each battalion by having more people assigned to each one, but also it would help increase the opportunities for the assigned squad to work together. I think this would be great for both increasing RP opportunities as well as giving more draw to lore characters. Overall you have a +1 from me, I like your ideas and think you would do well in the position. ----------------------------- It was stated after you posted, but the concept I quote above talks about a way that would dissuade these concerns I believe.
  3. How did it work? I found that you can use gravguns to throw heavy props that can kill/knockout players and that kind of works for a dodgeball type thing (during a box-rp event a while ago they gave everyone gravguns and several people were accidentally killed in the process of throwing boxes).
  4. 7/10. A lot of the issues this event experienced in the first half were caused by the NPCs tracking super fast to the players and being insanely difficult because of this. There was a good premise to it and it got executed decently.
  5. Name: Shrimp | Keegan RP Rank: 501st 1LT & 21st Padawan Suggestion: /imp_urban/arrow_sign.mdl is in [SR] CW: Prop Pack 2 and is classified as an Effect within GMOD. It is currently restricted so SAs (and I assume upwards) are unable to spawn it on the event server. I wish for it to be allowed for usage by SA+. Image of the sign for context. Purpose: This sign can be used to help guide people in events and deployments. For deployments, many of the maps used can be quite large and confusing for players to understand directions given over advert by the gamemaster on where to go or where the objectives are. Having a simple-to-use sign would greatly resolve this issue and make it so on more complex maps that players can follow a set of signs at key junctions if the gamemaster has a set story for the event that players would walk through. For example, map gm_fork has long, winding roads with many different paths to take, which could make it extremely hard for a GM to prepare and keep up with them if the players all take different routes instead of sticking to a main route that has signs guiding them to stay on it. Reasoning: This sign should be usable as it offers several benefits and conveniences. Currently there are a few alternatives to using a sign like this: Using a textscreen with "---->" as the text in it (this looks bad and can be missed if players aren't looking closely for it). Using a directional arrow made from props (This takes multiple props towards your prop limit and can't be easily maneuvered or placed on the fly). Placing big colored cubes over the objective (This breaks immersion much more and can get in the way of any ships flying around). The sign I suggest for usage is a single thing to be spawned, and as such can be easily maneuvered and rotated to face any 3D direction. This is much simpler than the alternatives and is likely less taxing on the server (although I do not know this for sure). It can even be placed flat on the ground to point somewhere instead of floating in the air. As it is an effect, it has no collision as well! I have spoken to several people who have thought this would be a helpful prop to use to guide people in events where otherwise players would be all over the place. Implementation: Allow SA+ can spawn it and use it in dupes on main and event server. Workshop content if applicable: N/A (Wouldn't need a change to server addons as I believe this is done outside of that) Model: /imp_urban/arrow_sign.mdl Other: Sign can be colored with toolgun. You can then say "212th follows the orange signs and 501st follows the red ones" for deployments! The green circle is where you grab it with physgun.

    Hostage Admiral

8/10 Liked the combat style and the inclusion of lots of enemy air support. Good EOD and negotiation roleplay for those who participated in that. Good event!

    CIS THING ATTCK

You cannot rate as an EJ unfortunately. 6/10
  8. +1 Wants to help community, good guy with solid intentions. Good luck!
  9. Name: Shrimp Who helped (If applicable): N/A Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): N/A Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): CIS forces hyperspaced in and assaulted the CY with tanks, droppods, and turbolasers. Wanted to break up monotony of the low amount of players on (were only 7 on when I loaded in, got to around 13 or so). Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No
  10. I have a few things of note to add onto this -1: It has only been 3-4 days since you left 501st to transfer to DU. While you were waived to apply, myself (and many others from what it seems) would prefer someone who has been in DU for longer than that to be Doom, as time in a battalion is a key factor in understanding how it functions, the people within it, and being able to take the correct course of action for a battalion that is having debate regarding its removal. This is beyond optimistic. Going from 3 current people of this rank to 10, which would far surpass what 501st currently has, is improbable. It would be much better and actually anonymous to utilize Google Forms for this purpose. I think this plan for how to handle Havoc Squad is only going to encourage inactivity. Allowing people to be inactive for 5 weeks before a removal is just going to hold up the only available positions in the singular subunit. Furthermore, I do find it concerning that your first thing noted for what to do with the Brimstone if the squad goes inactive is a removal instead of working with them to solve whatever issue is present, if it is even something that can be controlled by the lead. In 501st, there were a few instances of you messing with the roster as a joke. I know your personality is like this, but it was quite disrespectful to the work that people have put into the roster, and was quite interesting to see someone put this on and decide to just leave it there for all to see. I understand calling your friends names, but there is no need to put it on the roster, someplace where people are not able to see any context and most cannot see who put it there, thus making a low maturity comment like this reflective of all of 501st. Overall, -1. I don't see the maturity or time in the battalion to be a good BCMD this time around.
  11. I have heard good things about you and think you are honestly the best fit for Doom at this point in time.
  12. 8/10 lots of good rp and job well done on one of the tougher maps to host a competent event on.

Name: Shrimp Who helped (If applicable): Omalic (shadowing) Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): N/A Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): CIS lander attacked base, after having many drop pods, the Republic boarded them and destroyed the ship, not before CIS could call for reinforcements. A munificent showed up and attacked, and was boarded and destroyed, and yet another CIS ship appeared as the final reinforcements. Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No.
  14. Context for ban with screenshots of what happened. If you go to that website "lmaobox.net" (visit at your own risk), it is still live and actively being updated (last update Feb 13th, 2022) you actually see links to download and purchase this software which could even be malware at this point in time. -1 Think before you send things in chat. This is not to mention that you have been toxic in OOC and TS chat for a very long time, insulting people for little reason and continuing after it's no longer jokes. You have insulted Head Admins and have received PT for it, and got a strike in 501st for insulting people after being told to stop. Clearly sending this in chat is an extension of the same behavior as before. You even had this to say when you got banned: <11:02:51> Maynard: i regret nothing @Maddoxx was justified in banning you.
  15. 4/4/5. Pretty fun event overall with EJs going all over to fight people. Lag wasn't an issue at all and there was some decent teamwork from the EJs which made sense for a squad of bounty hunters. Good work!
  16. 5/5/3 Great event but kinda laggy overall.
  17. Name: Shrimp Who helped (If applicable): STEAM_0:1:93719402 (Omalic) Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): CIS landed at Aurek with a few commandos and droidekas (player controlled) along with lots of B1s and B2s. Troopers responded to the noises and fought hard to get down the road to Aurek and free the base. Tried to make it difficult for them. Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No
  18. +1 Would be really cool for helping ARF troopers have some passiveRP to do with TechRP, and boost the occurrence of TechRP overall on the server. Would help ARF a lot in terms of things to do in non-combat scenarios!

Troops went to Umbara to avenge him and found severe enemy resistance. After clearing the base and returning to Anaxes, CIS showed up to fight the GAR. Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No
  20. 7/10 decent deployment. Had some issues but mostly out of your control. Good work!
  21. 7/10 good bugs be munchin event with a twist and some more unique locations for the enemies.

Negotiations failed and the hostages were executed. Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No
  23. Even if this item doesn’t detect cloaked enemies, I do think it would fit better with SOBDE/SO as you said than ARF, and this is coming from an ARFL.
  24. Gg Always liked seeing you as Rex, thanks for everything.
  25. Name: Shrimp | Keegan Who helped (If applicable): Clonewick & REEE Link to Event/Encounter Document (optional): Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A droid lander crashed at Aurek. Droids deployed from it and took over Aurek and the road. Clones went to take it back and destroyed these tough units. Did any Bounty Hunters Participate: No
