+1 Dude has been gone for almost a month in JRTC comes back and gets banned. WTF is wrong with yall. Like I understand yeah server rules but stop banning people who have years of service that consistently come back and make a player base for the server. There are many alternative routes you can take other than just banning a Player a Veteran Player as well. Man Was an Officer in a battalion a Subunit Leader and the Regimental lead of the 104th. Some people may not know but the 104th isn't in a to good of a spot at this moment and this is not the time to be playing fuck fuck games with our leadership. Unban this man use proper Adminship and offer a fair trial and hear out his story before you just ban him while he offline. This aint rust we don't offline raid around here alright. So Recently I have seen an Influx of people interested in becoming Pilots for the Server and its really sad that the utilization for a pilot is almost non existent. I cant tell you how many times I wanted to Transport a Platoon sized element of trooper all to be shut down by a GM who says "nO vEhIcHlEs FoR tHiS eVeNt". It defeats the purpose to even be Support in the first place. It makes it unfun for Players who enjoy the server and love piloting things as well. As a player of Both Gmod and Arma I can say Arma Groups have an outstanding Pilot Corps that literally is the life and death of the troops. In Gmod pilots are made fun of laughed at and looked down upon because this whole "Anyones a Pilot if they are trained" vs "He has dedicated his Literal job to be a pilot. Maybe we should let him do his job" Yes certain server rules are in play for a major influx of player but with our current server box if we get the required amount of people to make it pilot jobs only the server will be running like an old slideshow movie thus pilots wont be able to fly anything without crashing. I am Making this post to hear what the community has to say and try and gather support to make a server suggestion about Pilots Roles in the future.

Huge +1 for the first idea. There should always be more NCO's than officer and people like the grind and satisfaction of being told "hey you have done great work in the battalion its time for you to ascend to the next level of being" and also who even liked the MSG rank anyway.

One of the biggest +1's ive ever given. Long overdue. SO is way better than DD and always will be. My best time on synergy was as blackout and im sure other can say the same. Sadly if it does return i wont be able to see it due to me being overseas atm. I have full trust in mystic that he will be able to implement and utalize SO to the max. I encourage others to look back at the glory days of SO and remember the great times and how happy and active the 21st was back then. this isnt an option conform or perish
