(3 sentence minimum): I want to join the staff team mainly out of convenience for myself and everyone else. When I am on the server I often see tickets getting left untaken and people needing to wait unreasonable amounts of time to get simple tickets accepted. I am on a lot and I spend a lot of my time wishing I had the ability to help my battalion or people complaining in OOC with staff related problems. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Last Time I was staff I feel like I did a pretty good job. I hosted events that were fun, I took tickets whenever I could and I would make dupes for battalion sims that were fairly popular. When I used to be staff I tried my best to be a positive role model in the community because that is part of the role. Also last time I was staff I would create little hangout areas where BH and Clones could hangout which is something I feel is lost recently. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes

I agree that this app is pretty cookie cutter, However, I don't think that makes it a bad application. the current state of the 41st is by no means bad, Our activity is good considering the overall server activity and having a Gree that is willing to play often will help maintain and improve activity. The only big issue I have seen is our lack of trainings and RP which is being directly addressed in the app with a solution that is simple but effective. The app could be more specific as to what you will personally do other than "promoting RP/trainings" but I trust that you have a plan. with Tetra as commander and the current officer corps you have more than enough help to realize your vision. +1

I don't think that 41st should be given any different weapons considering the removal of battalion specific buffs a couple years ago. However, this is a good time to discuss the pricing on perma weapons. after waiting at least 100 hours you are able to buy a tier 1 weapon which are not at all worth it only having a slightly higher ttk than base weapons. and from there the weapons don't get much better per tier even though the price increase is huge. I think the main issue is that there are players with weapons like the 90$ DC shotgun which can do 500 damage in a second (I don't own the gun but that sounds about right) then there are the people who are stuck using the base guns that do like 75 damage per second. This causes GMs to raise the health of their NPCs and event jobs so that they don't get melted which is fair but then players without amazing weapons have no chance. TLDR: I feel the current weapon system we have is incredibly flawed and is not only pay to win but causes those who don't pay to suffer.

+1 medics are criminally underpowered and generally boring to play when you and another person have to wait a solid 30 seconds to get them to full health just for another person to walk up to you meaning you sit there for another 30 seconds and its a cycle that just keeps going. the syringes are so bad they aren't even worth using and I could see batca nades replacing them, you get like 5 nades when you spawn and thats that. even if this suggestion gets denied there needs to be a buff to medics and I would gladly brainstorm ideas with a CMO once that position is filled or even anyone else who has the power to actually implement a change.

I agree with Comics on this. Dennis has been untouchable and has had rules unfairly unchanged to keep him out of trouble and as many others have shown, he responds to criticism in a rude and unproductive way.

to be fair advanced firing line is actually useful but if you really want it just teach it to your battalion. Faces and formations are literally just time wasters in tryouts. they can easily be replaced by something like making sure the person trying out knows the ranks and stuff like who to salute and who to call sir. It's not a perfect fix but I think that it has the same effect as faces and formations without taking 10 minutes. +1
