As your a member of High command, Im curious what your thoughts on the current regimental structure and the post regarding it.

I for one can't wait for this discussion in 2 months time. How about we pick a system we want and lock it for a year minimum. It's been only a year and there's been atleast 4 changes to regiments if not more. The moment there's a single issue everyone is scrambling to get the entire system changed again. Can we just accept when it comes to changing things around there's going to be growing pains and not change it all the time. It be great to have some consistency on our structure, cause these changes are becoming regular and is harming the credibility of High command.

2/2/3 Your standard deployment, nothing special, wasnt much story to follow and full of insta kill weapons. It was mindless fun but nothing to run home about.

I could argue we could see SO (If that happens) as the Clone Section that deals with Cloacked enemies, Along with RC ofc. As for Jedi, Having Shadows deal with that would benefitting too. I struggle to know where cloak detection fits in for clones other than what we have now. its got to be limited. Ive always hated the argument for lore. Every time something non lore friendly gets proposed it always splits into 2 sides, Either we should be lore accurate or that we already have non lore things. If we really want to put a Synergy Exclusive Battalion in, We need to then end the discussion of if we want to be lore accurate or not. Ive said myself, As long as Havoc Squad exists, Lore does not matter, We should lean to lore when it comes to doing creative events or changing a system, but in no way should it be lore dictated like its a law. If instead we want to be lore accruate, Then theres alot of removing and changes that would need to be done, But for the current moment, Lore means nothing in the big picture. As for adding a battalion now? We just locked Doom's Unit, We cant support a new one clearly. I think it be much better to look into the removal of Grey RC and revert to what it was as a Regiment but make a Battalion, This RC change was a massive L due to compromises and difficulty from both sides. As far as Im aware, Null will not return, Atleast thats how the founders put it, when it was agreed null would be removed. RC right now only want to support Bad Batch, Delta and Omega and until pop improves or theres more demand, they wont want a 4th. Unless RC succeeds here, I dont see a need for another Squad Based Battalion.

Alot if this seems reasonable but there are really are some concerns in the app before I vote. Firstly, what do you believe is the main points naval have that would have someone prioritise it over any other section of the server? This is effectively a 1 year soft blacklist from the faction progression and not only is it extreme but it is very vague. people get banned, it happens, sometimes people get arrests, sometimes theee are just silly mistakes that people learn on almost instantly, I would imagine atleast half the server has been banned or arrested within the last week, for a faction that is suffering from any activity, are you prepared to lose potential dedicated people. Also kicks? Elaborate please There are literally community banned people who became our best people. I've been arrested 3 times from 3 years ago which is still on record, would this mean I'm not even allowed to go to hc. This and the one previous is so extreme. 4th question, what value would you have as an high command member. My last question to you, naval is a punching bag for others, not many see it as important, I for one thing it should be stripped and completely reseted. But naval has med, eng, flight, all these things are important to the servers ecosystem. So my question, how do you restore navals authority, as in how do you gain respect, become the defacto leader and authority of med eng and flight. How does naval become the overall authority of base command?

I'll answer this first. What additions I feel would benefit should be up to the Senate Leadership. While I have my views on how it should be run when it becomes a Civilian Faction. I don't think my views should be propagated onto them. Senate has been tossed aside for a very long time. It is very easy to see that in the public eye. I believe Senate does have value and that value will be seen when Civilians come out. As for now? The Senate should be on equal footing as the Guild, not one over the other. I intend to work with Keegan just as much as I do my Lieutenants. For the time being, I don't intend to insert myself too much into the Senate's life, but be around to deal with issues that come up or work through problems that Keegan requests I help with. I do not know exactly what the future holds for them so I apologize, but I cannot answer this. To find where the Senate fits within the server, the faction should be allowed to experiment with the other factions to find the best way they can interact. Without forcing it on others I will add. As for benefits to RP, that will come down to the characters within the Senate. As their interactions will dictate others RP Experience. I don't think Senate Guards and Bills are everything that the Senate should be able to do for RP, but I will talk with Keegan on how he thinks it should improve or change. While I have my concerns when it comes to the future of the Senate, I believe its mostly out your hands and are willing to work with whatever comes, I believe you are at the very least capable. +1

I feel they are cluttered inbetween loads of tags, You could be spending needless time finding someone with the speficifc staff tag. Atleast with the way it is now, you know that they are staff by just the first glance.

Have you asked for Feedback from others about this suggestion?: N/A Briefly explain why this should be implemented?: Its very clear that theres no new server on the horizon and currently having tags of either side of your name just sandwiches your name together, It looks really ugly with unreasonably long names on teamspeak and if the clone wars prefix isnt going to be removed. it should be atleast reduced to [CW]. I think this would better streamline the tags. Right now you could remove Clone Wars, make Staff ranks a prefix and you would get the same result without the needlessly long tags. Until an another server actually opens up (wont hold my breath), This would be the better option.

I think for my time as Mas Amedda, it was pretty hit or miss when you were Marshal Commander. I feel sometimes we ruffled eachothers feathers and for me it didnt feel you saw alot of value within the senate. Since then I do think it isnt completely the case and you have provided good criticism for me and If i was to stay as Mas, I was going to go forward with some of your proposals. However, Somehow Im still not sure what value and benefit to the server you see within the senate, compared to Me and other senators at the time. Which gives me a bit of hesitation to +1 this application. You now could have an oversight more than before within the Galactic Senate. So my question to you is this. What value do you see within the Galactic Senate, Where does it fit within the server and what benefits does it give towards the RP experience, also what future do you see with the Galactic Senate, What authority should they have, how should they be treated and what additions do you feel would benefit them.

I think its hard for Venom or any Yoda applicant to make a good case for the position when the Jedi Orders systems and structure is operating smoothly, I think what lacks in the Jedi Order is involvement and general incentive to get on a Jedi, Which impacts our server population. So I do hope this is something Venom can do. I think people feel its a bit of a weird app to be thrown up out of nowhere, but hes spoke to many Masters, including myself, I personally think hes someone that could hold the helm for atleast 3 months, Which we seem to be lacking on. +1

I think for what I could see from this is giving people things to do on downtime, if they have pluggins and system in place that pay credits or give something of the same caliber, then it could work. Either that or it does become this free form RP like DarkRP, which Im on the fence with.

Well, This looks better. But Im not gonna hold my breath for new jobs for the Senate. Personally think we should put Clones under Marshal and VIP under Palpatine, That way its 3 Regimentals and a Marshal Eq for each side.

Maybe its time they reveal all their plans going forward for the community to discuss on. Big decisions made by High Command for the past 10 Months have just been dropped on the community and majority have resulted in negativity. I personally believe the High Commands outlook on the server does not mirror the community. You have a handfull of people making these decisions while the communnity waits for it. Thats actually something I didnt take into count with this. I dont see a Senator fully understanding the Guild Leads Job and same with a Guild Member not understanding the Senate. Mostly its the Senator not understanding the guild, so really unless they work on the side within the guild, they wouldnt be able to make much a case for guild lead, therefore making Senate stuck in one place, When they were under palpatine, they could of atleast understood what Palpatine was for.

And this is where high command communication (usually weak) comes into play. You go full transparent on the changes you would like to make, without keeping everyone in the dark (which could be done now) to gather community opinion and go with 1 of 2 options. 1. Keep mas amedda closed for the time, let the 2 current senior senators continue to the steer the steady ship that is senate. This would mean there's no disruptions to keep senate healthy for your eventual changes. 2. Open Mas Amedda and be fully transparent to the applicants on future plans, so they may be prepared for the future. This was already done with regimental commanders before the switch to numbered regiments and I don't see why it can't be done now. With either of these 2 decisions, Senate would be able to continue to operate without a temporary change that potentially damages the senate. Option 2 would be my choice unless one of the senior senators would want to be mas, but right before this change, both senior senators were doing good job. Now there power and rank equivalency is in question.

What problems, please explain. There didn't seem to be any problems when I was mas amedda. Don't take this the wrong way but you have been in high command for so little time, I can't exactly say you know anything about the senate. Let's also mention senate have 2 senior senators running it fine so having apps closed isn't a big deal if you want to move it later.

The senate actually made big progress and performed pretty well and this is their reward, becoming a subunit. The whole thing about giving senate a representative is honestly bullshit excuse, cause that's what a big reason palpatine was demoted, that's what I was told as mas amedda, that palpatine was our representative. So making them under guild lead makes no sense and only hurts the permissions they have in rank, does this mean neither mas amedda or senior senators get in command discord, could this means mas has no bcmd authority and potentially neither position could vote on commander related votes. Now I do acknowledge theres "big changes", trust me I've seen them, but personally I don't think prep i needed or rather this is the wrong type of prep, these changes could be months away and potentially means senate will be stuck under a LORE CIVILIAN JOB for a long time. Senate has once again been crippled for nothing of it's own doing. What would been better would have been communicating with the parties with the changes you want to go ahead with and instead prepare to change them when it's all ready, achieving what you want without beating senate down a level once again. How about High command and directors now be transparent and reveal what your working on. So that people don't get the wrong idea. Secretive actions are only going to damage the senate more. Shows you know nothing about the inner working of the senate, mas amedda breaks all tie breaks. This argument is invalid.

This was technically a thing when I was director and I don't believe it was ever removed. I assume your asking for it to be more widely accepted and use? The only reason I didn't approve of it in the past was due to the work it takes for people to earn these positions. Either way server needs more rp +1
