Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):
I've decided to apply for Staff after being encouraged to give it a shot by multiple previous and current staff members. Originally I wanted nothing to do with it as I feared it would make my time on the server a chore rather than having fun but recently my perspective has changed a little bit. I mainly want to become staff to help out the gamemaster program. After zeusing for Arma Operations, I think that I would like to try my hand at what I could do in GMOD for events. My plans are to try and provide unique events that relate to the lore and overall provide an atmosphere for people to roleplay as their character whether it is canon, non canon or just themselves. Overall I chose to apply to try something new in the server and try and give back a little bit! Whether its by providing events, sims or just overall assisting when I can. I decided to reapply now that I am back with more free time.Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I have played here on and off for 5 years now and I have held a plethora of different positions. I feel like I'm fairly easy to get along with and I am very direct with how I feel about situations. I'm just here to have fun and promote roleplay where I can.

3/3/3 - Pretty standard event and I enjoyed myself. Only complaint was some of the storyline didn't make complete sense to me but I think the overall plan was good. Thank you for the deployment!

I think a hostile faction at the current time would be a bad idea due to population. Maybe when the population increases once again it could be talked about but it cannot be something like Sith that ruin the Clone Wars vibe.

+1 - It's time to wake up to the reality that the DU's time has come. The artificial life trying to be pumped into it with 1-1 Transfers across the board is just a facade and will eventually fizzle out. DU has been in this state multiple times and it's a sign that its time to move on before resources are invested into redoing models, etc.

Way back in 2017 not to long after the launch of the server I joined 501st on the recommendation of my friend. I met Woeny, Ginyu, Jackson and the boys. After that I met more and more people outside of the battalion like Fizzik, Llama and the gang. The rest is history, no event or any feature brought me in. It's always been the people. Met a lot of good friends here, from 2017 to more recent times.

I'll be honest, I miss the days of MERIT actually meaning what the word means. Not menial tasks that have to be done before you can move forward. This has been a big reason why people are turned off from doing activities, trainings, etc. Because they feel like it's a job rather than something for people to enjoy. All Promotions that I have ever done was based on the person earning them. Not by spamming tryouts, trials, activities, etc. I shouldn't have to have promotional guidelines such as "3 Recruits, 2 Activities, 4 Event Leads for SFC", people who deserve to move up will prove so by being a Leader, or an active member of the battalion/group by promoting roleplay. Not everything needs to have a strict measurement, sometimes you have to be able to judge not only the work you can see but the intangibles like work ethic, leadership, etc.
