  1. I standby the words that I have said and the conclusion I came too. I do not wish to squabble like chicken and entice drama on the forums. That being said, I still don't think there is any progressiveness with yourself as Kal as the squad has been stagnate for quite some time now. During the tryout, I didn't shout. I said the checkpoints were a dumb idea and I told you why I thought they were dumb to which you said, "If you don't like it, you can leave the tryout" to which I did and then expressed my concerns of the checkpoints to our previous Reg to no avail. If I wish to comment further on this, I will direct message you and we can discuss it there. Once again, Good luck.
  2. -1 I'm just going to say it the way I see it, Chief, You're remaining Kal just to hold onto the position. Anyway, In my short time of a whopping 46 days of being back into SO BDE, I barely see any of the current Null with the rare exception of it being your most active, Eclipse and Pancakes. Though, that is the current theme of SO BDE, A lack of presence on the server in the wake of being given new responsibilities. We all know that people don't read applications and it's just a large popularity contest with a lack of care for the actual squads. But let's dissect your application In the whopping 46 days of returning to SO BDE, I barely see any Null on with the exclusion of Ordo (Eclipse) and Prudii (Pancakes) and the occasional sighting of Mereel (Chaseman) (Kinda repeat myself here but it gets my point across). Now, I get that real life comes first, it's just a game. Other than the mandatory sign ins required by SO BDE members every three days with three hours minimum of playtime. I barely see yourself or the other Null's on. Seeing all Null's together, is an inspiring sight. Though it's like a solar eclipse and I believe that the activity policies aren't enforced. In regards to behaviour, it may of improved. Although the quality of Null is hindered with the lack of actual engagement and RP with the community unless it's an event or something that actually includes them. On many occasions, I've seen Null hopping around the map, or sitting in TS playing minecraft, AFK'ing on their jobs and still including that on their sign ins. With such a position rich with lore. They lack the knowledge of their characters, and often have to be reminded of their lore, and wait for opportunities to come to them, not go out and find them. When ever I've been to Null Tryouts, Helped in them or just been associated with them in general. My opinion on them is very high, because it's the path a member has to take into becoming a SO BDE member. There's always a boast that it "Took 80 something rounds to fill a position" which isn't good at all. I can't say much, As I'll technically be leaking tryouts. Though the current Null tryouts feels like a battalion tryout with a one strike system, that employs tedious tasks instead of actually testing said tryoutee with their knowledge of the character and their ability to RP or bring fresh new RP to the table. It's a very long, tedious process all together. Adding on, for the current Ordo to host tryouts, it often requires your permission to host, and requires a Null member to own the dupe. Especially when other active SO BDE squad members are on to help with said tryout which leads me to my next point. There seems to be a large factor of yourself not trusting the members of your squad with responsibility or even other SO BDE members at that, it's a dupe. it's not like we're going to see the tryout itself, which all dwells within a document. Especially when your Ordo requires your permission to host tryouts to do something insignificant. On top of that fact that Null feels isolated more than ever. Responsibility is a big thing, and my last paragraph kind of seems to contradict your point (Or it's my brain telling me it does to make me feel better). It seems that there is a total lack of trust for your fellow Squad mates, and which directs me to the earlier point of just holding onto the position for the sake of it when you've openly said you've got suitable replacements. In conclusion, you've been Kal for six months with a little difference to the squad, and if you get another term that's nine (Quick math tings). Which is enough time to get the squad to be active, understanding of their situation and bring about a stop to the tiny tedious things and big things I've mentioned. Personally, I think you've been Kal for too long, and if these problems haven't been looked upon in a six month timeframe, it's going to be overlooked going on Nine. Anyway, Wish you the best of luck mate. Good luck in the application process.
  3. The Emperor Protects, my friend. I hope you have fun in your future endeavours and find the “boys” again. You were a real one, I still remember first coming into SO BDE and meeting you. “That’s a one week” or just the random jokes that would make me die laughing. Good luck gamer, o7.

  5. +1 The application may be short although Stormzy has proved multiple times before when he's dedicated he can do it. I believe in you buddy! Good luck!!
  6. The event was fun! Good use of the drop pods and it was very action packed. Other than the EJ targeting people, you did well for the little time you had to put together. 7/10

  8. 9/10 It's actually nice to have a RP orientated event that doesn't involve killing everything! Great job Craig, keep it up.
  9. 10/10 The sheer story alone is fucking awesome, the use of the event jobs, RP, and NPC's alone was great. Amazing Jedi Deployment! Keep up the good work!
  10. 8/10 The event had a good amount of story and backstory behind it, was very fun as a whole Jedi deployment! Keep up the good work!
  11. 'Twas a very good event, thank you for letting me come. Very cool story and good use of the map, it got a little laggy but you can't control that. 8/10
  12. +1 Very cool man, Brilliant Idea, Very cool.
  13. 8/10 Very cool idea, very good placement and very action packed.
  14. From someone who brought you into the 501st in 2019, watching your growth on the server. I know for a fact that you are completely eligible to perform the tasks of an Attack Reg, although It would be wiser if you went for Rex first as the 501st has been in a vary bipolar status for a while now. Now you may be going for reg due to the shorter term period, and you being in the military now might require you to leave on sudden notice to finish your training. You have good plans and execute them all well, but I think you should focus on the 501st before aspiring to move higher, in the long run it will only go further in your case to become attack reg. I'm sorry son, but -1.
  15. Marvel and Ratio pretty much voiced the same concerns I have. Sorry brother. It's a -1 from me. Good luck though and I'm hoping you prove us wrong.
  16. +1 Good luck Panda! You're going to do great! <3

    EOD

Because there's a system behind the new EOD stuff, A certain code etc that you have to learn.

    EOD

When myself and @Marvelmade the interrogation training, We made it so that it was a rare thing to do because the majority of you children are edgy and do "/me Cuts off mans finger and force feeds it to victim". Moving forward, When interrogation was made it was hosted quite frequently and later we had it set up so that select members from each battalion/ Jedi could host interrogation trainings. It isn't on current SO BDE members that Interrogation training isn't regularly hosted because some haven't been set up to train it due to previous Reg's instructions and lack of a clear path for it. Which can fault to me, When I was Reg I asked many members of SO BDE to train it but SO BDE is a forever changing regiment. Members come and go. EOD is now no longer going to be played out in a /me roleplay direction, It requires actual in game systems and the higher ups have decided to pass it on to us. Which is fair, I understand your concerns I really do. Though I haven't seen 21st run a EOD training in forever, Nor is there lore that states EOD was trained by the 21st. We've seen in the show that the Republic had a whole regiment/battalion for EOD. From my experience, and I mean no offence. 21st are known for excessive documents for /me roleplay which often leads to a misunderstanding of trainings, arguments, conflictions and tedious trainings that people are less interested in to acquire. In conclusion, What I'm trying to say is that going forward that its happened, there's no point in trying to act like it gives you a less purpose on the server. SO BDE has been informed by Founders, Our Reg and many others that there will be consequences if we don't do it. There was talks that people outside of SO BDE who will be able to also host the trainings. People always complain that SO BDE don't do anything, don't interact with you guys, and the chance where we will be able to offer an actual purpose to interacting with people, Y'all bitch. And I mean this in the nicest way possible, would you kindly please stop your bitching.
