As the republic is already stretched thin, we were only able to send out a squad of troopers to back up our troopers stationed there and extract them within a 30 minute time limit, with minimal casualties. As a leader you should have great communication not only to lead/hand out orders but also to gather information from others that may be helpful. But I would say on a scale of 1-10 I am about a 7, I do listen well to others and can help them if they need me to do so, leading wise that is up to those I have led I cannot speak for them.Do you understand that if you are inactive, you will be removed from the program?: Yes I understandGive us an Event idea that you would like to produce: Well recently I have been thinking about long term events so I was thinking about creating a storyline. I know this has been done before but again it will be mostly player choice. They get to dictate how events will end and the intensity. Now obviously the overall plan has to be well thought out in which I will be doing over the course of the next week or so. Also incorporate more specialization deployments. Now that just means having battalions do what they are meant to do, should not be overcomplicated to do it unless put into extreme circumstances. Doing all three really didn't help me out at all with also irl issues. So leaving to focus on the other two was the choice I had to make. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to re join the staff team because I believe it is time for me to come back and help the team out. Recently I have seen a drop on the gm side with the small number of events/deployments. Now me coming back probably wont make things better or worse but I hope joining back will have me push forward more events during unfavorable times. I overall just want to come back and do my part and help the progression of the server. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): My previous time as staff was not the greatest. During that time I had to deal with a great number of personal issues. Which I also had many other server responsibilities so I was not able to do more than the minimum or I did not find a way in which I could do so. But I did enjoy doing events and training CCs even though is may be challenging at times but we all have been that CC before, they just need that push or interaction for the better. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes
